Santhoff Plumbing - Juan Lopez - came to my house today to explain how a water leak detection system works. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I look forward to Santhoff Plumbing installing our new system! They are also going to change some faucets and hardware – help us with other plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Santhoff Plumbing! I have since had Juan Lopez from Santhoff Plumbing install the Leak Detection system. It went very well. They installed the system, explained how it works and helped me with the app on my phone. I simply could not have asked for more. Juan and the guys from Santhoff are great! In fact, they are coming back in a few days to install new faucets and hardware. I absolutely would recommend Juan and Santhoff Plumbing! A+++

They were very polite and explained what the issues were and offered suggestions.

Jose arrived early (he called first to verify it was OK) and did an excellent job in every way! The new disposal was a different brand than the old one and required some minor pipe adjustments which Jose made without any additional charges. He showed me several other areas of possible future concern and even calked around the faucet for me. I was impressed that he fully discussed everything with me, did not push me to do more than was needed, and did an excellent job. I will definitely call Santoff's for any future plumbing needs.

We have used Santhoff Plumbing twice, June 2011 and January 2010. We have a recurring drain blockage and backup problem that has required a plumber about once a year. Santhoff took the time to diagnose and explain the problem and direct us to the most cost-effective means of solving the problem. Very professional and very thorough as well as very nice. The work Mac did in cleaning out our system was over and above any other plumbers we've had in the past. He was on our roof past dark working until the blockage was removed. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Would also like to mention that, even though we are on the other side of Houston from their normal territory, they arrived when expected.
