I'm old, meticulous and from the engineering field. If a company can impress me throughout its ranks the way Reliability Home has they must be a top quality business. From the very day I needed same day emergency service two years ago up to the recent emergency service, a/c compressor failure during a dangerous heat wave, I've been impressed with their responsiveness, attention to detail, professionalism, pricing options and quality of service. I was so impressed that from my first encounter, due to an existing service contract failure for an emergency, that I dropped my existing service contract and immediately started a new service contract with Reliability Home of which two years later they have continued to honor their contract to the highest level never once wavering nor leaving my family in a lurch. Professional, timely arrival, explained what was being done, answered my questions and left my house cleaner than it was! Great experience!

My water heater had stopped working so I contacted Reliability home services and Mr. Coghlan came out to do the repairs. He arrived within the appointed time, was very polite and friendly. He told me what was wrong and that new part was needed. He showed me the costs and told where he could get it and he can do the repairs today. He replaced the part that was removed and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Joe, the service technician was great. He did a very thorough job, very professional. He covered his shoes while in my home, protecting my floors from dirt and dampness. Told me the condition of my heat pump (good condition) and the fan (inside). I am very happy with Reliability Home Services.

Once again Reliability Home Services saved the day when my HVAC system went down yesterday. They came out first thing this morning and got it back up and running. Highly recommended HVAC company. They have decent pricing and are honest, no over charges for parts you dont need. The technicians are also very friendly and polite. All around great company!! Highly Recommend!!!! I fix a lot of the stuff on my own, but when it comes to a Freon Leak the government doesnt allow me to do that and R22 you cant buy without a license. Thanks again Robert and Amy

Michael and Gary were amazing!! I was so nervous about a plumbing issue prior to moving and their expertise eased my fears. They came same day, completed the job excellently, and the price seemed very fair. We will call them again!

These guys were fantastic! Rob came out to diagnose our issues within hours of my initial call. Unfortunately it wasnt the quick fix we were hoping for but they were able to send William out the next day. William and his partner were right on time and fixed the problem. They were friendly and made sure everything was pristine before they left! I highly recommend this company and will call them should any issues arise in the future!

I would definitely would hire Reliability Home for small repairs at the Condo.. Prompt, friendly, and experience Wins every time. I am not sure that the faucet will stay tight and wanted a fix, maybe adding a better washer or something to make the repair last. I have since spoken to neighbors about this problem and is is Condo wide. Poor engineering. That is 160 units. You will be in business for a long time. Cheers, Bob

OMG! Where do I start! I bought a remodeled 1960 house and never thought to check the sewage lines. The house had 4 outside cleanouts (1 was capped) and Gary had a heck of a time trying to unclog the sewage line! He prevailed and we are so grateful for his dedication to his craft. I highly recommend him for his determination to get us unclogged before he left. Remarkable! You would not go wrong.
