Jon was very courteous and helpful. He had us at ease in no time and went right to work. Jon diagnosed the problem with care and explained everything to my husband. Definitely a special person. Not only did Eric do excellent required maintenance on my furnace and AC but it was a pleasure talking to him while he worked, about music from my time period. The 70s and 80s. He was also able to set up duct cleaning through the company, with Lilly, giving me a date and a time in just a couple of weeks. I will continue to do business with Mr. Hollands Heating and AC.
Was a bit skeptical about a free plumbing inspection for club members but Kyle did a super job explaining so many nitty but helpful points. Very useful. Kyle will be a great asset. BTW Belinda in the call center also excellent.
Our tech is great and takes his time to do the job well. This company gets it and their techs are well trained and mentored. Having them around gives us peace of mind. Thanks
Omar Ranola is a great tech, very friendly and helpful. Today we had our A/C check up. He made sure to review the work that he did and answered my questions.
Karl L., (my technician Nick P.) was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in explaining what he did today and what he found with my A/C & heating unit. Mr. Holland's Heating & Air Co. is easy to work with and a pleasure to do business with. Keep up the great work & customer service !!
Today we had the annual maintenance for both A/C and furnace. Tim was our service man. I am extremely unhappy with his performance as well as the company's performance today. First off, the A/C annual maintenance check was 9 months late. You had to reschedule last Fall and then it was too cold/late to get this done! You again had to reschedule the morning of my appointment 3 weeks ago when I called to see if you were coming. I scheduled appt for the afternoon today but you texted at 9 am saying the tech would be here soon. I called to discuss new time and luckily my husband was home to meet the tech. My husband reported Tim was very unfriendly. I came home 3 hours later to my air conditioner running and being summer, windows wide open. So, final comment is I have found this sequence of rescheduling and not coming as previously arranged time very unprofessional. I expect close respect to detail and as in past knowledgeable and friendly technicians.
Service technician Tim Lewandowski was on time and very professional. He explained what he did and then recommended what we could do to assist in maintaining our furnace.
Update on new furnace: Jeremy from Holland came out on Sunday November 5th to fix all the gas leaks on the new furnace. The unit is no longer leaking gas. Tyler the operations manager at Holland followed up with a call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. After everything that has happened I would recommend Holland. Gave details on a new furnace Had new furnace installed by holland on Friday November 3rd On Saturday November 4th I smelled gas leaking. I called i was told someone would come out. That never happened. On Sunday November 5th I called again. I was told someone will come sometime they don't know when. I called Dane from holland who sold the furnace to me. He also will not take my calls. Once holland has your money you no longer are a priority.
I recently had a furnace replaced. The guys at Mr Holland made the process very easy. Thanks to Dan on helping me find the furnace i wanted. Jose, Nick and Alex on the install. Travis for wiring it up.
He was very helpful and got our furnace working. Gave us good information and was very professional
