Continual problem for over a month qith hot water heater shutting off and needing to be switched back on. Unable at times to get it to work. Plumber out x2, qith finally deciding it would cost us another $500 ,to call water heater manufacturer to see if they can diagnose since of course when plumber is here it works.James suggested that we watch how lights flash as the code, when it happens and the may be a better way to figure out what is going on . He also moved something outside that may be obstructing the vent airflow. James was very kind, considerate and took time to explain things.Hopefully we have a fix, if not we will need to get diagnostic info from the water heater manufacturer.

Jarod was very efficient. Our furnace is old and pointed out things that are starting to go but didn’t push getting parts replaced or getting a new furnace.

Rick was very thorough. He made sure that my husband and I had all of the information we needed before leaving, and that everything was set up properly. He went the extra mile to ensure that we understood everything concerning the applications as well as the new thermostat. TJ was extremely helpful with explaining our options and making sure we had just what we needed for our home. We decided on both the air conditioning unit and the furnace. We had to replace both after 17 years. I compared pricing and Mr Hollands was competitive.
