Service was reat from beginning to end. I called the office and the stairlift was installtaleed withing a week. We are placing a second order now. Very pleased.

From the first contact with NE Stairlifts to the installation everything went perfect and as promised. Was especially impressed that the owner was the person who initially picked up the phone when i called. The follow-up call by his daughter set things in motion and two weeks later I saw a smile on my wife's face as she came down the stairs. I have had a wonderful experience with New England Stairlifts, a family owned company located in Groton, MA. I unexpectedly needed a Stairlift after an unexpected surgical complication that prevented me from climbing the stairs to my bedroom for 8+ weeks. Instead of 8+ weeks of sleeping on the couch and sponge baths from the hall bathroom sink, New England Stairlifts made it possible for me to sleep in my own bed and take a daily shower. I received a phone call shortly after my first email enquiry on midday Friday of Patriots Day weekend. I emailed photos of the stairs I needed the stairlift for and within a couple of hours Liz had sent a proposed contract, which I signed and emailed back. The stairlift was installed about 5 days later in my house in Cambridge. The process was easy, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was kind and helpful. Sol(sp?) did the installation in a couple of hours and showed us how to use the stairlift. He was lovely. (note - I worried about what repairs I would need after just needing the stairlift for a few months. The answer is not much. The stairlift runs up rails that attach to a few stair treads with serious screws. The screw holes should be able to be easily filled and plugged.) Thank you to Liz in the office who made the process so easy and Sol who installed the stairlift for making this such great experience with a wonderful product.
