A great group of people! From inquiry to completion, the communication was great. Their stairlift is of high quality, the installation went smoothly and on time. The best thing that I’ll remember is that everyone involved was very kind! Highly recommend.

The installer showed up on time, told me what to expect and made sure I knew how to operate the chair lift once installed. The installation was completed a tad bit earlier than stated and any mess was cleaned up prior to the installer leaving. A great experience from speaking with Bob all the way through installation. I would highly recommend using New England Chair Lift.
Very good experience start to finish. This company made the process simple and was very family oriented. They took the time to make sure client needs were met properly met via in home visits prior to production. It did take a bit longer than expected for the manufacturer’s production, however, this is often reality in custom ordered products, of which my application called for. I received immediate response from New England Stairlifts every time I checked on production status. Even the installation crew took the time to make sure we were comfortable operating the new product. Overall, this company delivers a first class experience, which is needed by families of elderly.
Thank you so much to Bob Presti and Mike Eagleston and New England Stairlifts who were so helpful in explaining temporary rental of a stairlift, and made it so easy to do it. Price included rental of the stairlift itself, installation and removal. No hidden or extra fees. Service was fast. I signed a contract on a Saturday afternoon and the Stair Lift was installed Wednesday. My situation was unexpected and I needed a stair lift as soon possible. Other companies were quoting 3 weeks out for installation which would not work. Very happy with New England Stairlift sales, service and support.
Dave Wentworth professionally installed a chairlift to assist my mobility challenged husband. It was a tight fit, but we can now safely transfer from a wheelchair to the stairlift which was skillfully installed. That provides peace of mind for me and my husband.
A huge thank you to New England Stairlifts and to Mike Eagleston for installing stairlifts in the garage and the house for my mother. Very friendly and professional service! The explanation of how to properly use the stairlifts was easy to understand. Especially like that there are Parental Key Locks so that my three boys don’t try riding when they shouldn’t! Additionally we were surprised at how much space there still is on the stairs!
I would highly recommend New England Stairlifts! When I called them Bob told me everything you could about the operation, installation and warranty. Mike installed it and kept me informed along the way. He knew I was making phone calls so he let me know when he would start using the drill. He was also a very nice person. A+ all around!
