He did great job on the sale, and I felt like I was part of his family by the time we were done. The team that came in and installed it were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great installation job and answered all my questions. They also were in and out in less than 2 hours and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. You could tell by the service and customer experience this is a well-run business. It's what you would expect from a well-run family operation. Your part of the family by the time they are done. I would recommend them to anyone. Be sure to call them first as it will be the only call you will need to make. They make the whole process enjoyable.

My first contact with NE Stairlifts was with Bob. He explained the process in detail, including cost, warranty, and installation. He answered any questions I had. I have to say, in this day and age when you call a company usually you have to navigate the recorded phone system and then wait for a real person to answer and sometimes you have to leave a message. Not NE Stairlifts...It was so refreshing and appreciated that Bob answered the phone himself! Mike installed the stairlift and was great. He made sure I understood how it worked and made sure I was comfortable using the lift. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience all around. I am a month into using these two wonderful stairlifts and they have made such an incredible difference in my life, all positive and joyous! Even by the end of the first week of use, I noticed that my knees were less painful when walking, my balance was improving. and my legs started to feel stronger. Now, I’m back to taking much longer walks with my dog again and have even begun to start actively working with her in the field with the training that we both love. I have resumed all my other various activities that I need to do as well and I feel so good! Now that I ride up and down my stairs, rather than struggle to walk, I am no longer damaging my knees, but rebuilding my former strength and balance. New England Stairlifts - installation perfect! My husband and I needed a stairlift to reach our basement. My husband has been unable to go down for over a year. I notified you folks that we were looking and you gave us two names to suit our needs. We picked Handicare and the rep for them called me back right after my e-mail. The company is New England Stairlifts. Bob spent a great deal of time with me describing every little detail and then forwarding all the info in print. Very impressive. We had another stairlift installed to the second floor years ago so we knew a little about them. We would not go back to that company as the customer service is just awful. We signed their contract with New England Stairlifts and it was installed the next week. Both Mike and Dave who installed it were very professional and worked as a well oiled team. Also left the place clean and Mike went over everything before they left. It took just under three hours to install. The total cost was $4,200 and every cent worth it. Their number is 781-229-0072." Thank you so much to Bob Presti and Mike Eagleston and New England Stairlifts who were so helpful in explaining temporary rental of a stairlift, and made it so easy to do it. Price included rental of the stairlift itself, installation and removal. No hidden or extra fees. Service was fast. I signed a contract on a Saturday afternoon and the Stair Lift was installed Wednesday. My situation was unexpected and I needed a stair lift as soon possible. Other companies were quoting 3 weeks out for installation which would not work. Very happy with New England Stairlift sales, service and support.

Dave Wentworth professionally installed a chairlift to assist my mobility challenged husband. It was a tight fit, but we can now safely transfer from a wheelchair to the stairlift which was skillfully installed. That provides peace of mind for me and my husband.

A huge thank you to New England Stairlifts and to Mike Eagleston for installing stairlifts in the garage and the house for my mother. Very friendly and professional service! The explanation of how to properly use the stairlifts was easy to understand. Especially like that there are Parental Key Locks so that my three boys don’t try riding when they shouldn’t! Additionally we were surprised at how much space there still is on the stairs!

This allowed me to save money by not needing to buy a new washer or dryer and move it upstairs. With all the work required to move the washer an dryer, getting a stairlift was a move more affordable solution and gave me my house back!
