No heat nor hot water from the hot water heater attached to the furnace, A technition was dispatched as soon as available, and fixed the problem, but informed me that I would need a new part at some time. When it happened again, they came, ordered the new part and inspected the system completely. Upon their recept of the new part, the techniton returned, instaled, and cleaned the entire system. Having used Prtech and their predissor fo many years now, I can still recommend them very highly. They are true professionals,

Curran did a great job. He is very professional and answered my many questions. He had to crawl into a very tight space under our home. He did this without complaining. Very courteous and pleasant. Curran is a young man, but very experienced in plumbing and we would hire him again.
Curran Dunne was my ProTech technician that came and serviced my furnace. It is not in an easy to reach place, but Curran had no complaints. He was quickly able to identify the problem, source the part, and return the next day to complete the repair. Thank you Curran, and ProTech, for the quick response and reliability.

Their technician Curran responded over the phone on a Saturday night when my furnace quit working (and below zero temperature outside). I was waiting for my home warranty company to approve the service call (which they werent doing), and Curran spent at least a couple of hours helping us diagnose the problem ourselves, and then fix it, with his direction and help just over the phone. He was so professional, patient, knowledgeable, and just unbelievably kind to do that. And I was very impressed that he said he was sure that Protech wouldnt mind that he had done that, despite the fact that it meant they didnt wind up having to come out and get the business. Consequently, I would highly recommend Protech, especially if they support having great employees like Curran!

The company installed a new furnace for us. Russell, our technician was very professional, and patient with us. Michelle who coordinated everything for us has also been great. She is always very helpful when we call. We would definitely call them again in the future.
Zach went above and beyond when I called from my evacuation site to see if he could check on my house and my landlord's house in our town to light gas pilots and check pipe damage if any. He provided us with so much relief when he checked both houses and all was OK. he offered to help us if we have to evacuate again and thoguht gives us all peace of mind. Thank you thank you thank you for peace of mind while I was evacuated from the fires, then returned home to running water, no frozen pipes, pilot lights on and the heat ready to warm my body and spirit!
