I called McCarthys because my AC was down and I have a newborn in the house. They were able to get someone out within an hour and Ethan took care of everything!

tech was Cornell. he was very good. polite, professional, focused. my problem was both thermostat batteries and fuse on system in basement. he had to go to shop to get the fuse. he made me comfortable and told me when system would be up to chosen temp. he is great!
