The only issue was in the company computer. My appointment was set for Monday morning 8:00 to 12:00, notices came for that time slot. The technician was told 10:00 to 2:00. Sam and the office personnel were great . Jobs well done by both.

tech was Cornell. he was very good. polite, professional, focused. my problem was both thermostat batteries and fuse on system in basement. he had to go to shop to get the fuse. he made me comfortable and told me when system would be up to chosen temp. he is great!
