The plumber, Daniel, was well-prepared, thorough and knowledgeable. He took time not only to evaluate my plumbing systems, but to make reasonable suggestions for repairs and avoiding potential problems.

Our serviceman was Ryan, he notified me this morning he was on his way and he arrived a short time later. He checked out our issue in the master bedroom the cold water handle had came apart. The model was very old and the brand was not available, so he showed my wife and daughter what was available and the picked two identical systems so both would be the same on each vanity. The exchange wasn't easy on the first and took alot of work, but Ryan was always in good spirits. Ryan did an excellent job. We were so glad we called Benjamin for our plumbing job.

We had an after hours emergency leak issue, and I tried calling so many "after hour" plumber options with utterly frustrating phone conversations.. I finally got to Benjamin Franklin and they immediately took care of me and our situation. Within an hour I received a text that someone was dispatched to our home. They even told me what vehicle to look for, who I should expect, and what uniform they would be wearing. The plumbers came as a team and accomplished everything very expediently and professionally. They explained everything they needed to do and how they would do it, and what options we had with them or otherwise. We really appreciated Ben Franklin's services!!
