After Hurricanes Delta and Laura, I began the journey of getting roofing estimates and securing a reputable contractor. Of all the contractors who inspected my roof, Roofing Louisianas representative gave the most thorough inspection. Doug Palombo was the only person who inspected my roof for exterior damage as well as my attic for internal damage. Not only that, but Doug also gave the most excellent, user friendly presentation regarding the damages with my roof and how Roofing Louisiana would replace it. I chose Roofing Louisiana to quote the replacement of my roof damaged by hurricane Delta due to their reputation and their Platinum status with Owens Corning. The salesman, Doug Palombo, was thorough, courteous, and honest. We discussed the work that needed to be done and the products that would be used. I signed the contract knowing that I was likely paying more than I would with other roofing contractors, but I felt I was getting good value for a 30 year investment. I had a couple of interactions with the production manager, Shad Lantier, about ridge/soffit vents to maximize attic ventilation. He was open to my concerns and ultimately the number of ridge vents were installed as I desired. On the day of the install the carpenter made sure that the vents were installed as we had discussed. I had numerous contacts with Cindy Prejean working through the insurance claim. She was very patient with me and always seemed to be going the extra mile to get as much reimbursement for me as possible. The roof tear off, install and clean up literally took 1/2 day. The entire crew was very professional and after inspecting the work I am confident they did a first class job. I have to give special credit to the clean up. I have found only a few roofing nails and a few pieces of old felt paper on my patio cover and in my flower beds. I think that is very impressive. All in all I could not be more pleased with my new roof. With Cindy's diligence the insurance company paid close to 50% of the cost and the new roof is top notch.

Mr. Richard Broussard came over we walked every inch on the roof, on the ground, and inside the attic. His knowledge and experience led to answering all of my questions. We sat down discussed my needs, wants, and expectations. He proposed a plan with the proper materials to get the job done. He sold me on giving your company an opportunity to prove delivery of the proposed plan. Mr. Chad, Mr. Ricky, and crew delivered on the proposal. My home is 13 years old.
