John Paul Esparza was thorough with our mini split A/C service. He even went above and beyond to make sure the mini split was working properly. He cleaned it and even found the source of why it wasnt working properly. Now it works like brand new. Grateful for this company.

Terry arrived right on time this morning to replaced the lines from the outside unit to the inside unit on our mini-split. He and his crew worked hard to remove the existing lines, which ran under the concrete porch. He was very thorough and prodessional.

I was weary on having someone come out because of how many times clients become uneasy about getting ripped off or someone not simply getting the job done the first time. The Google Reviews showed me I did not need to have any concern whatsoever. Rudy makes one hell of a leader & Toby showed nothing, but exceptional time efficiency with Rudy in my home in Texas. I had no surprises in cost & every single question was answered while the job was squared away in good manner. This team is very detailed at what they do. My first service of my 1 year old unit. Technician checked everything and stated my entire unit was in great shape. Showed me how to clean and service my coils. Technician was very polite and professional. I have used Lochridge Priest since 1998 and have had excellent service.

We bought a new heating/air conditioning system after our 11 yr. old ******* failed. After interviewing 4 companies, we decided on Lochridge-Priest because of their track record, customer satisfaction, and years in business. Their salesman was honest and answered questions with a direct answer. They stood by their word in everything and were reliable. Their installation crew was courteous. They sent technicians immedicately to correct minor deficiencies the city inspectors wanted fixed to meet code (3 screws instead of 2 at flue joints, etc.). We are very satisfied with the Lennox system and the Lochridge-Priest team.
