We had a 20 year old shower valve stop working so we called Wisler to help us. Matthew McMahon was dispatched to replace it today. He had to go through a closet wall to get access to the work site. It took several hours but we have a functional shower again. Matthew did a great job with minimal disruption to our day. Thank you Wisler for your service.
All Wisler employees are very polite and personable. Pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions. Wisler definitely has great employees.
Hunter took care of my HVAC problems. He was great. He communicated extraordinarily. The work was done quickly and expertly.
John and Cody did a great job installing a surge protector on our breaker box and a connector for a generator. They explained what they planned to do and the work was done quickly.
Another great experience with Wisler!,Oliver did a great job, went above and beyond to for making my hvac problem tolerable thanks!
Dustin Williams is our Wisler water treatment technician and he came to our home today for a scheduled water treatment. We always look forward to seeing Dustin, he is so friendly and is like a member of the family. Dustin is very thorough in his work and makes sure all bases are covered. We are very lucky to have him as our assigned technician!
We found out we had a water heater failure late on a Friday. I called Wisler Monday morning (after cleaning up the leak) and they arrived before end of day. Hot shower tonight! Justin arrived with an apprentice, gave us a choice of 3 estimates and got to work. They were completely done in 1 1/2 hours! Have another job for them but we will have them back after we finish repairs. Thank you Wisler! Update: Justin came out and completed the other item - removing a pump and softener system that was used prior to public water. It had not been in use for several years and with repairs from the water heater flood about to commence, it was time to streamline the pipes. Thanks again Justin! Update: Cameron just came out and flushed our water heater. It was covered in the pan we have. Glad we did it! If we have that much mud in it next year (couple water main breaks in the area over the past year) we will add a while house filter. Today (May 2026) Justin came out to move the water line for our refrigerator and remove a leaking water filtration unit that ran to a faucet by the sink and the frig.We decided when the faucet sprang a leak that the filter in the frig would be enough for it drinking needs. He gave us options, we chose, and he completed the work in a few hours.
