Friendly, knowledgeable service technician. He took the time to insure that my system was properly maintained.

We had Darrell, one of the electrician's at Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric come out and look at our job in getting electric into our greenhouse. Darrell had put in our electric for the hot tub several years earlier and we were impressed with him then....as we are now. He's kind, attentive, listens to what our needs out, asks questions to elaborate on the job, and besides, our white Golden Retriever, Gracie, just LOVES Darrell!!! Our dog is excellent at researching out 'good' humans from those who haven't reached that lofty goal yet. She followed him around, tried to pick up his pack (too heavy for her, but she tried) and we all got a good laugh over that, too) ;-) Darrell is so sharp. He "gets" what we want and you can see him turning it into an electrical job and then he asks us other questions based upon that. Both parties knew what they were going after. We're thrilled that he and his brother, who will be the assistant on the job, will be here on 7.30.2025. I'll have chocolate chip cookies, cold water (it's 93F here with 95% humidity...ugh...it's the South!!!). There's just no one better in Henry Count of SW Virginia, than this group. If we need plumbing or heating? We will be calling Wistler! 6 STARS to the whole team...they were very nice and kind and efficient!

Dustin came out today due to a problem with iron in our water. He is awesome! He knows his stuff and is quick to resolve the issue. He is knowledgeable and professional and I hope he will be the technician sent out for any future issues.

Brett was polite and professional and had given me suggestions that no one else had at an earlier appointment. He took care of the maintenance and changing out a switch quickly and had our unit cleaned and running again very quickly even though his day had been chaotic, and he had had to delay our appointment until the evening. Brett is one of the nicest employees at Wisler that I have met yet.

Wisler has helped me with water filter, heating & Air Unit, and Plumbing. My Diamond membership means they will soon come out to check on my electric. Thank You Wisler.

Brett came out last week to do our HVAC inspection and boy was he thorough! He took pictures of the things that needed attention before they caused bigger problems and went over everything and the different options and costs. Wisler got us an appointment for Brett to come back out today and fix the issues he found. Brett was wonderful to work with from the beginning. He kept us updated on the progress, had to run and get a part and came back and finished it all same day (even if it was after 9:30pm before he left) Sorry that you had to stay late, but you are appreciated! Wisler customers for life!! You guys are all amazing!!

We had Dustin out for troubleshoot and repair of our HVAC unit. His quick troubleshooting quickly identified as a faulty install with bad wiring causing a short between the 28V hot and cold side wires that were exposed in the uninsulated end of the wire. Dustin installed new wires and left them in a much neater appearance instead of the rat’s nest installation wiring. We really enjoy the Trane unit in the summer as it’s so quiet that we hardly know it’s running. We’ve had nearly one year of use with only a couple of installation issues. This wiring issue and a condensate drain line that was not glued together and leaked. That was fixed by Anthony.

The plumbers that came here were very professional. They had years of experience. I had to have my entire house and they knew what they were doing and got the job done a short amount of time. Even though Plumbing problems are a Ryan and his team made it pleasant for me.

Love this company!! You call and they make an appointment and then they call and let you know when they will be here no waiting all day for someone to show up. The service person is friendly and knows what needs to be done to get anything up and running again.
