My RO and dishwasher were not working and Henry found the problem and fixed it in no time. As is the norm with Golden Rule employees, he was friendly, explained everything, and was knowledgeable. My problem was due to electrical work awaiting MidAmerican to do their part, but Henry found a work around to get both systems working while the final electrical work awaits MidAmerican.
Golden Rule's hires the best employees! Professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with on every project. Thank you to the electrician, Seth, who took the time to explain what needed completed immediately and gave me an estimate for the whole job. He really took great care of me!
Technicians are professional and friendly. They offer check ups and system replacements. Always happy with the service and they call or text in advance of showing up. They will include a photo of the technician who will be coming to your property so you know who to expect. Give them a call.
Riley was very friendly and helpful. Explained what he was doing throughout the process while having a conversation. Definitely glad we are going through golden rule as weve had great service every time
Aiden answered my questions and took care of my concerns. He explained what he found was efficient and courteous.
Golden Rule is always prompt, curious, and efficient. Our Technician, Adler, was great. He made sure my issue was addressed completely. I would highly recommend Golden Rule!
Very knowledgeable about what was needed and explained what he was doing in a way that I understood.
The water service valve where it enters the building was leaking and needing to be replaced. In order to remove that valve, the water main needed to be shut-off. The city discovered that their main valve was 'broken', making it impossible to shut the water off to the house. Mark was able to freeze the line to stop the water flow and replace the valve. After completing this tricky task, they clean up after themselves.
