Derrick arrived on time, was friendly, very professional and committed to resolve the problem with my garbage disposal. We discussed the possibility of replacing it but since it was only 2 yrs old, we decided to fixing it. As last resort he called a friend/co-worker who works full-time on garbage disposal. His tip: ice cubes and Dawn or any dish liquid. It worked like a dream. Whatever was stuck cleared out. Great job, Derrick!!!! Golden Rule always comes through. 3
