Ben and Joseph and Monte are exceptional! We needed some plumbing work and some electrical work done. These 3 men are so very competent and personable, and went beyond the extra mile, exceeding expectations! For 10 years now we’ve gotten this kind of service. It was not “in & out get the job done, make a buck”. They assessed my needs, gave me options — no pressure to even do anything. Under promised and over delivered - benefits & value far exceeded the cost! Golden Rule is an excellent service company and handles all of my plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical needs! Cooper was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable about plumbing issues. He is thorough and fast when he serviced the water heater. He identified a potential plumbing problem and suggested that it be replaced.

Aiden has been to my house before and he is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. He informs me about the condition of my hvac system and advises on the best options to promote the life of the unit. He’s very personable and always gives some special attention to my pups who appreciate him too. Golden rule is lucky to have such a great employee.

Kyree came to do my biannual HVAC system. Reassured me I was changing the filter enough, informed me duct work showed very little dust and no mold in system. First rep that has not tried to upsale me for a change and simply performed the inspection as requested.

Had a plumber come out today to replace a water faucet.

Very knowledgeable about what was needed and explained what he was doing in a way that I understood.

Colton was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to install a furnace humidifier when another company didn't think it could be done with the space. Very happy we don't have to mess around with filling humidifiers daily and stockpiling distilled water this winter!

We had a furnace installed by Golden Rule 2 years ago. This morning the heater decided to not heat. I called and within 2 hours a technician quickly and efficiently found the problem and corrected it. Very pleased and warm again.
