He did a great job of inspecting and verifying our equipment was in good working order. One new smoke alarm was actually defective.Justin came out and replaced it right away. 4/2025 This was the second call to Golden Rule after Mid American found leaking gas in our home after an on demand gas water heater was installed by Golden Rule. After the first call they fixed the leaking joint by the water heater but told me that the smell of gas under my cooktop, where I store my pots and pants was a burping of an acceptable amount of gas. After a year and a half and almost taking out the cooktop to switch to electric and eliminate the gas I called Mid American again to check on what was the acceptable amount of gas. NONE was her response and they sent another tech out to check this leak. He taped marked the faulty joints and then old us to have them fixed by someone competent. Do I rate them highly? I always have because they have a convincing line. Do I trust them. Maybe not.
