We definitely recommend Golden Rule! The technicians are friendly, quick to respond, very knowledgeable about the equipment, and answer all of our questions. The office works with our schedule for scheduling inspections. We receive notification when the technicians are on their way, along with a photo so we know who to expect.

Alex is a great person who knows the ins and outs of when a furnace has reached it lifetime. The furnace we have in our house is 26 years old. I’m sure that with the summer heat, it was on its way down the road. Not only that, but Alex explained and showed pictures of proof that he was a truthful person who was willing to help us now instead of waiting until the furnace started to have the problems. Besides, the costing would be a lot worse and very uncomfortable for my family in a hot climate home. Great people got great work.

We had a furnace installed by Golden Rule 2 years ago. This morning the heater decided to not heat. I called and within 2 hours a technician quickly and efficiently found the problem and corrected it. Very pleased and warm again.
