I had a nice experience with Terry checking my A/C . He notified me ahead of time before arrival. Finished maintenance work within timeframe. Used the hose to clean outdoor A/C unit. Even shared knowledge with me about garden hoses. My question regarding A/C unit was answered. Thank you for your help!!!

Terry has been doing the maintenance of our heating and air conditioning for many years for several reasons. He is reliable and always shows when we need him. We can depend on him to keep the equipment maintained at its best condition. If we have any questions he answers them completely. I have watched him do the work and he checks every important detail in the equipment that should be checked. We have had very few problems with our heating and air conditioning systems and we feel Terry has been responsible for preventing any issues with his complete technique.

We have been using air Rite heating and cooling for close to 30 years. Our first technician Steve was the best and when he left we have Tim and he is just as good If not better. Dave and I both feel that Tim is honest, he does the job well and hes always kind.

Bruce had come by to provide me an estimate to replace the water heater flue. He did a great job explaining why I also needed a chimney liner, which I had suspected. He gave me an estimate for the work, which was significantly better than one I received from another company. And he set up the appointment for the work. The guys that did the work came promptly. I dealt with Andy who was very professional and courteous. The work was done in a couple of hours and looked good. Would definitely recommend them.

Terry Did a good job with annual maintenance. Was more expensive than other services but did an in depth job cleaning and servicing the unit.

Terry It is on a maintenance contract. It is $600 for the full maintenance period for a full year. They are pretty good. For quality, we haven't had any issues. They are very responsive. They are always ion time. They do what they say they do at the price they quote you. They deliver on what they promise.
