He took his time and was even very nice towards our annoying dogs. He checked inside the house and outside to make sure he was doing the best job possible. Guys were great except they tracked a little bit of dirt in, at least I hope it was dirt! Other than that, they were awesome. Neither of them are listed in your drop-down to select which technicians were out.

as usual, Zoom Drain responded immediately, gave me 3 options to correct the problem, completed the job efficiently and effectively and didn't leave until they were 100%sure the problem was resolved. Lisa in the office and the technicians Anthony C and his partner whose name I forget were polite, professional, informative and patient. they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They even cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend!

Zoom Drain took my Saturday early morning call, and all of my information. I was informed that a Zoom Drain rep would call me back between 8 and 9. Technician Mike texted me around 0830, and called me shortly thereafter to let me know when he'd arrive. Mike was at my home in about an hour, and got right to work with a camera, and then a snake, alternating between the two. He explained everything as he alternated between both, and finally determined (and clearly showed me on his video screen) where the separated drain pipe was, allowing only 1/3 water capacity past the break. Zoom Drain has already given me an acceptable proposal to make the repair this coming Monday. Thus far, I am very happy with the service I received. Take Note, Zoom Drain...Mike was aces! With communication and with Service provided. Hold onto that man!
