This emergency visit was so important to me and during the visit my insurance gave us all a hard time and didn't get us the appropriate repair. In spite of the trouble and the fact I have to get a lawyer for my insurance company who did not pay correctly and did not provide services. Zoom drain service walked on water for me, especially their technician Eddie Mcateer!
Chris and his partner were Great! Polite, and professional. Chris answered all my questions, and I am satisfied with their job!
Prompt, professional and reasonable priced. My technician Chris was amazing. He was respectful of the property, my dogs and myself. Kudos for the professionalism and kindness. My drain is free again!
Michael Wittkopp and his team at Zoom Drain were phenomenal. They were out there for emergency fast and kept working until everything was perfect. Great advice from Michael on what should be done short term and long. I would happily recommend them highly to anyone in need. Thanks guys

Mike, the Director of Operations, was incredibly responsive and took ownership from the start. Justin and all the service technicians, were just as outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and truly hardworking. They worked tirelessly (often until 10pm!) to minimize the disruption to my home and made sure I had as little downtime as possible. Their communication was excellent—they were always available to answer questions, no matter the time—and they even helped coordinate with my insurance company to make the process smoother. What stood out most was their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. They provided helpful recommendations and clearly cared about getting the job done right. Chris Sebastian and his partner were incredibly thorough. We’ve had issues with our septic for years, and this was the first time someone actually identified the problems and provided solutions. They were very kind as well. And worked hard until our issues were addressed. We can’t thank them enough

Justin as usual, Zoom Drain responded immediately, gave me 3 options to correct the problem, completed the job efficiently and effectively and didn't leave until they were 100%sure the problem was resolved. Lisa in the office and the technicians Anthony C and his partner whose name I forget were polite, professional, informative and patient. they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They even cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend!

Zoom Drain took my Saturday early morning call, and all of my information. I was informed that a Zoom Drain rep would call me back between 8 and 9. Technician Mike texted me around 0830, and called me shortly thereafter to let me know when he'd arrive. Mike was at my home in about an hour, and got right to work with a camera, and then a snake, alternating between the two. He explained everything as he alternated between both, and finally determined (and clearly showed me on his video screen) where the separated drain pipe was, allowing only 1/3 water capacity past the break. Zoom Drain has already given me an acceptable proposal to make the repair this coming Monday. Thus far, I am very happy with the service I received. Take Note, Zoom Drain...Mike was aces! With communication and with Service provided. Hold onto that man!
They were prompt, thorough and gave us some options to fix the problem while not charging for the initial visit.
Mike was quick to diagnose the problem and immediately explained how he could fix it. He was efficient and made sure that the problem was solved before leaving! I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain!
