Orville was fantastic! He gave us several options for the sink repair, explained everything clearly, and was very thorough. The sink works perfectly now.
Ethan came to do our yearly sewer/main clean out and camera scoop. He was clean, courteous and took the time to explain everything to me. I have only positive things to say about Zoom!
My tech was Ethan, whom by the way was very polite, kind and professionally customer friendly. Very knowledgeable and explained everything from the beginning to the end.....I mostly definitely will recommend Zoom to all my friends and family based on my interaction with Ethan!!!

Ethan and Daniel arrived when they said they would. They were very professional and wore shoe covers when entering the house. They were quickly able to assess and identify potential problems and ultimately fixed the issue they were called for. Highly recommended and I will call back if needed in the future.

Sebastian I can’t recommend Zoom Drain South Jersey enough. From the moment we discovered major sewer damage, their team stepped in and completely exceeded my expectations. Mike, the Director of Operations, was incredibly responsive and took ownership from the start. Justin and all the service technicians, were just as outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and truly hardworking. They worked tirelessly (often until 10pm!) to minimize the disruption to my home and made sure I had as little downtime as possible. Their communication was excellent—they were always available to answer questions, no matter the time—and they even helped coordinate with my insurance company to make the process smoother. What stood out most was their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond. They provided helpful recommendations and clearly cared about getting the job done right. as usual, Zoom Drain responded immediately, gave me 3 options to correct the problem, completed the job efficiently and effectively and didn't leave until they were 100%sure the problem was resolved. Lisa in the office and the technicians Anthony C and his partner whose name I forget were polite, professional, informative and patient. they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They even cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend!

Zoom Drain took my Saturday early morning call, and all of my information. I was informed that a Zoom Drain rep would call me back between 8 and 9. Technician Mike texted me around 0830, and called me shortly thereafter to let me know when he'd arrive. Mike was at my home in about an hour, and got right to work with a camera, and then a snake, alternating between the two. He explained everything as he alternated between both, and finally determined (and clearly showed me on his video screen) where the separated drain pipe was, allowing only 1/3 water capacity past the break. Zoom Drain has already given me an acceptable proposal to make the repair this coming Monday. Thus far, I am very happy with the service I received. Take Note, Zoom Drain...Mike was aces! With communication and with Service provided. Hold onto that man!
They were prompt, thorough and gave us some options to fix the problem while not charging for the initial visit.
Mike was quick to diagnose the problem and immediately explained how he could fix it. He was efficient and made sure that the problem was solved before leaving! I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain!
