Jim and Danny arrived right on time and diagnosed then fixed issues we had with an outside faucet and shower water pressure. Extremely professional and courteous these guys knew what they were doing and were very helpful telling me what they found and how it would be fixed, even providing other helpful suggestions. Very happy with the work quality and the pricing is fair. Will definitely use Roger’s as my go-to plumbing service going forward! ***September 2024 update post second visit from Roger’s Plumbing *** Called them to come back out to fix the same shower issue (permanent fix which I requested) and plumber did a good job and fixed it but the price for nearly the exact same service (plus a part which was needed) was $600 more than for the first visit less than 2 years ago! Almost identical time spent here as well, but I just couldn’t wrap my head around why it was almost 3x more than the first time. I simply can’t pay these kind of prices, and will find plumber with more reasonable rates (the breakout of “hourly rate” beyond the cost for service charge and part came out to ~$250/hour. Roger’s charges by the specific job not by hour but that’s how I was able to rationalize the much too high cost and compare to other similar plumber pricing in Austin metro area). I did follow up and was able to talk to Roger which I appreciated, he was very professional, however the message he provided was that it is very expensive to operate with the staff, equipment, warranty they do and costs have at least doubled in the last two years. So to conclude, they are professional and did get the job done, but priced too high, and in my opinion inordinately so, that I will have to look elsewhere for my next plumbing need.

from when I first called Ms Connie was so professional and polite she helped me through the issue at hand. she even called to let me know when Orlando was on his way out to my house. when he arrived at my door he was so professional I'm so friendly and smiling it was good to see. he even was dressed professional. he explained step by step what he was going to do to get my line unclogged. at the end of it all the clog was gone he showed me pictures of the water was running through the drain on the outside of the house to the Sewer and I was just so happy to see that this young man did a wonderful job was dressed well for the job he does. I would recommend Rogers Plumbing and Orlando to any one of my neighbors friends or family.

Rogers plumbing is great. I was able to call and make an appointment easily. They had Jacob come out within a few days. He sent a text message on his way and arrived on time. Jacob was very professional and friendly; Listened to my concerns and gave his advice and was very patient as I explained my concerns. He ran several test and recommended that he replace our PRV. I will definitely use Rogers plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Great service was received in record time for a leak that kept us without water in our home. They were extremely proficient in their job with great follow up. Their front desk person that I called was really good, also. We will certainly go to them if we ever need plumbing services in the future.
