On 10/29/25 Ben Rodgers from AAA Northgate came to perform our yearly Furnace maintenance & inspection! Ben did an excellent job with the complete furnace system inspection & used some amazing new tech equipment to check the overall electronic, static pressures, gas pressures, functions etc. of our furnace. These tests moving forward will create a baseline to monitor the furnace performance during its lifetime. He also replaced the air bear furnace filter; the April Aire Humidifier filter, & replaced the line set insulation for the AC unit outside that had decayed due to the extreme sun & heat on that side of our home. We have been with AAA Northgate for 20 plus years & they do an excellent job taking care of our Furnace/HVAC inspections & service! The team at AAA takes great care of us! Thank you! SteveG

My upstairs AC unit quit blowing air a couple weeks ago, I scheduled the analysis / repair by AAA Northgate for today, 10/14/25. Technician Mitchell West diagnosed a bad blower motor in the air handler and replaced it. (Under warranty) He was very friendly and professional and got my system back up and running again. AAA has always been quick to respond to our HVAC needs. Technician Nathan came out in a timely manner to look at our AC unit as he was “on call” in the evening.
