I appreciated that the technician came out during a blizzard to hook up our new sink and replace our toilet. We were prepared to go the weekend without them, so I was so surprised when he showed up that morning!

Everything was amazing. Got a technician to our house within an hour of calling. We were able to get a new hot water heater installed within 2 hours. Excellent customer service!

Walker was very astute and diligent in the removal of the marks on the lavatory sink. Still quite uncertain about their origin, but now these are well removed and all looks great. The technician, Walker, was right on time and was very informative about what he needed to do to repair the problem. He explained everything in detail. He returned everything to where it was and cleaned everything up. Im planning some work in the spring and I will be calling Lazer back to do it.

This was the first time I used Lazer Home Services and I chose them because they had many excellent reviews. I had a leaking toilet that needed attention. I did not request same day service and was pleasantly surprised when it was offered. In fact it was only about 2 hours from my call to Walker arriving. Walker diagnosed the problem and presented me with solution options. He explained the options and answered my questions. he repairs were made and my expectations were exceeded throughout the process. Nate was very detailed in explaining everything about the service which included kitchen sink stopped up, sump pump replaced, bathroom faucet replaced. All was done with another employee helping. This was the Monday after Thanksgiving so the prompt service was most appreciated. Nate is an awesome employee. We signed up for their yearly program which gave discounts. Also thank you to the other serviceman who put in the sump pump. Great job.
