I have used Mast roofing before to flash a faux chimney that was leaking. They did quality work for a fair price. Today I had Chris Lukas check out 2 leaking windows and was able to find the problem that will not require window replacement, we are quite happy with Mast Roofing. I don’t think We would consider anyone else. 7/10/2025 Over the past year I have had a problem with a recurring leak from one of the windows originally repaired by Mast. In fact I had to visits trying to correct the problem. I will say that Mast stands by their work and sent someone quickly to take care of the issue. When unfortunately the window leaked for the 3rd time I requested Chris Lucas to come take a look. He immediately diagnosed the problem and admitted his prior guys did not repair the right way which is the only way. I truly appreciate his honesty and commitment to his craft. While here I also had him evaluate a new leak in my garage that happened after a major thunderstorm. He found the problem and showed me the pictures proving his diagnosis of the problem. I of course signed the contract for repair since there is absolutely no need for a second opinion. I also asked that he perform the repairs to which he kindly obliged.

Chris took the time to explain where the problem was with my old roof and gave me all my options, including just a repair of the leak, instead of doing the whole roof.
