Blake was very professional and personable. He spent a lot of time explaining things to us and checking out our roof. We had an issue where we had new gutters installed by another company and we promptly had a leak down into our kitchen with the first rain after they were installed. The gutter company said it was not their fault and were not willing to offer any ways to fix it. We called Mast because we've used their services before. Blake was on time and when he was done with the inspection, worked up an estimate for us. We accepted it and were happy with Blake and the contract.

Chris did an awesome job, very professional and polite. He took his time, made certain that we understood all that we were getting into. When coming into our house he put shoe covers on without us even asking. We are pleased that he spent the time with us. Our project was scheduled quickly. Ethan and his crew did an awesome job. He kept me informed of all the steps. After the crew was done, the cleanup was really good. After final inspection by Shane he went through the entire process. Showed me before and after pictures. I can't say enough about the professionalism of all who visited us. Awesome job! I also want to commend the Ashley on the finance team. All the i's were dotted and the t's crossed. There were no surprises in any of the paperwork! All in all the entire company gets an excellent rating from us!

Pat did a great job!

We had water leaks because we didn't get regular check-ups. Chris Lucas came to our home to do a proper inspection and he showed us pictures of all the possible problem areas. Then he patched the holes to keep us dry until full repairs can be made. He was completely professional!

Seth was great. Sent pictures by email and followed up with a phone call fully explaining everything he saw during the roof inspection.
