Dennis Barksdale is an excellent HVAC service professional. He supplied me with understanding of hidden issues with my heating and cooling system and an understanding of what it would take to resolve those issues. Excellent job!

Yesterday, I managed to speak to someone with your answering service, before 10:00 am. She promised I would get put on the schedule because my heating quit and I'm a Maintenance Club Member. Then, not only did no one show up all day long, no one even called me back. The next morning, I spoke with Cody, and he was about as upset about this as me. He sent Dennis out, and Dennis did his usual professional work. He diagnosed, then showed me the problem, which will be expensive. I will get the work done by Kaminer, and will continue to be a Maintenance Club member only because of the excellent work done by Cody and Dennis. They are real assets to the company!

Excellent service

Dennis was on time, gave plenty of notice, was totally professional throughout. He diagnosed the problem, warned me of a dangerous carbon monoxide leak, gave excellent advice about the repair. He is the main reason I continue to use Kaminer, although Cody is also excellent at what he does.

I had an issue with the Defrost function of my heat pump. Eric diagnosed it quickly and ordered replacement parts which were under warranty. There were some issues with shipping charges in obtaining the parts. I am grateful to Todd Kaminer for the time and effort he spent to eliminate those excessive charges by engaging with the distributor. Truly a company that looks out for their customers.

Dennis did a great job at performing our bi-annual HVAC inspection. I received a text message w/photo and a phone call from him prior to his visit, much appreciated. Dennis did a thorough job and even discovered an old surge protector that was improperly installed years ago and had a recall on it due to possible malfunctions causing a fire. Thank you, Dennis for removing this hazard. He courteously and thoroughly explained his work and the findings of the inspection. Great job, Dennis.

I have used Kaminer to preform service checks on my HVAC unit for years. Last year they replaced the old unit with a new system. I have been very pleased. I really like that I get the same technician (Dennis) each visit. Dennis is very professional and courteous and always explains what he will be doing and what he did. He gives great recommendations for additional items that may be useful for optimal performance. I have and will always recommend Kaminer to friends who need their HVAC serviced, repaired or replaced!
