Yousef's service was nothing short of extraordinary; above and beyond! He is technically competent and able to communicate clearly the technicalities of his work to an average layperson like me. In addition, Yousef is a personable young man who obviously wants to provide the best of care to old folks like us. We couldn't command him highly enough.

July 28, 2025: Ernest did a 1 year maintenance visit on our heat pump and furnace. He was very thorough and went over everything with me once he was done. Very pleasant. . Another great AirVantage visit. Thank you. January 3, 2025: Elysia did a repair on our gas pipes for our heating/cooling system today. She arrived on time and did a thorough job. She explained everything she did so clearly and answered all my questions. visit again today! Thank you!! July 30, 2024: Elysia and Conner installed our new heat pump and furnace and were awesome! Prompt on both days and very efficient! Explained everything and cleaned up thoroughly both days. This is the 3rd major installment that AirVantage has done for us. I trust them 100%. Landon explained the quote thoroughly beforehand as well. Great company!! You won’t be disappointed. Ethan was prompt, professional and very thorough with the maintenance of our AC. He spent the time to explain everything to me after he was done and had photos to show me what he was talking about. Air Vantage has great staff. Anytime we use them we are always happy with their service. They are our go to company always for anything to do with AC, furnace, heat pumps, hot water on demand, etc.

Ross was really great today! We got a new furnace installed on Monday by 2 other technicians. The same technicians had to come back on Tuesday b/c they didn’t turn on the hot water tank & we didn’t notice until Monday night. Then on Thursday night we decided to check the furnace b/c I noticed the air flow hasn’t been good since the furnace got installed & that’s when we found frost build up and water dripping from the a/c & furnace. Ross came out Friday morning, and let us know the possibilities that could have caused this problem (fan speed & more installation needed around the exterior coils on the A/C unit - I think), he made the necessary adjustments & said to monitor it for the next few days and see if any frost builds up again. I’m happy with the service today & the speed to which AirVantage has responded but I am slightly frustrated that we have had to have 2 additional visits this week where we’ve needed to reschedule our mornings to accommodate for getting the issues fixed.
