Today we had AirVantage Heating conduct our first service for both our AC and furnace. We lucked out getting Yousef as our technician. He was informative, very thorough in his work, polite, an excellent communicator and conscious of our overall requirements and long term plan. We will ask personally for Yousef again when we arrange our next service call. He is a keeper! We are also very pleased we signed up for the yearly package and the advantages it gives us.
