Adon was absolutely wonderful. He is very thorough and clearly knows his stuff. He took the time to assess the issue and clearly explained to me what the issue was. Adon gave me three options with how he could fix the issue, and I didn’t feel pressured to go with one over the other (in my experience, most people will try to upsell - he didn’t.) at the end, he went over everything he did, and even sent me an email copy of what services were done. If we need our HVAC repaired again, I will most certainly request Adon again. Thank you!
