Great Service!

I called Carter Quality Plumbing around 1PM after I had water backing up into my pipes. Randy and Ethan, arrived within an hour of my initial call and determined the issue was that my septic tank had become full. By 9AM, Douglas and Phillip were in my driveway ready to pump my system out for and get me back up and running. They assessed a few other things and determined there was a, separate issue that needed to be fixed that was causing the rest of the system to back up into the house. They called the office and asked that an additional tech come out and figure out if that was the root of the problem for sure. Those service guys arrived within an hour and analyzed the problem further to get us answers. I am very pleased with the quality of service I have received thus far from this company. Everyone that has come out has been willing to answer my 400 questions about how the system works and what needs to be fixed, and they have all arrived promptly and worked efficiently.

Johnathan was extremely nice and took the time to explain why our old hot water heater quit and everything about the new one including how it worked and how to change each setting. He was very pleasant even in 95 degrees on a holiday weekend. If we needed service again, I would request Jonathan! He's a very nice young man!

Jonathan Price is the Carter Quality technician who took care of my plumbing repairs. He is very professional and friendly. Jonathan arrived at the arranged appointment time. He checked out my plumbing issues and explained what needed to be done with a price estimate. Jonathan returned this morning to make the repairs in a very timely manner. Both issues were repaired. I will happily request his plumbing service again.

Had mine and my dads septic tanks pumped out and inspected today. Stuart Lyons did a really good job explaining everything. He actually explained the reason they need to be pumped out to me previously and that’s the reason why I had them done. I called yesterday morning in regards to my water to shutting off out of the Blue well I called and they was able to have someone put here and fixed in a reasonable time I had called them last year as well in regards to another incident and both times they have been very professional and the owner is a fellow Marine I recommend this company to anyone

My technician, Wes Rollings, was awesome. He had to come out to my home at 10:30p and was friendly and very nice. Best of all, he fixed the problem in five minutes and was kind enough to waive the after hours fee! Very pleased with my experience with Carter Plumbing! I will use them again and this technician in particular.

Chris just came out to our house for a minor issue. He spent time just cleaning up the water that was in the laundry closet and making sure everything was working well. He was so polite, courteous, and went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much!! He was a blessing to me today!!

Great company. They've installed a water heater and fixed a leak for us. AJ and Vance did a great job at finding and fixing our leak. They are super nice, super responsive, super helpful, and super knowledgeable.

Stuart and his associate did a great job. They came on time, the same day I called, after working around my schedule. He also got a hard job done after working into the night (Not to mention at a reasonable price. )10/10 Stuart well done ?

I was able to get an appointment super quick and Randy was so friendly and personable! Job was finished quickly and he made sure to explain all of my options and what the process would be. I will definitely be using them again if I need their services.

I came home from work yesterday to find a water line busted and a big water bubble in my yard. I had called 2 different plumbing outfits and they both said they couldn't help me and one of the company's was very rude. By this time its almost 5 pm. I called Carter Quality and they sent Stuart to help me and he was here before 6 pm. Stuart evaluated the situation and then gave me my options. I told him my decision and explained to me what he would do and when and he did exactly what he said. There were no surprises. He also told me about a great program they have and he explained perfectly. He was very professional, polite, and did not pressure me to buy anything. He gave me his professional opinion and then let me decide. Another thing that I loved was Carter Quality texted me to let me know that Stuart was on his way and even sent picture of him. That made me and my mother feel very safe and like they care about their customers. Thank You Stuart for a job well done and Thank You Carter Quality for seeing our need and getting us taken care of and making us feel safe. Thank You.

The water line that comes into the house burst in the middle of night and we couldn't get the water turned off. We called Carter Quality Plumbing and they sent Randy Jenkins out in the early hours of the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the water off very quickly. He came back to make the necessary repairs and everything was done in a timely manner. Randy was excellent to work with and very professional. Will definitely use Carter Quality again the future!
