Great Service!

I called Carter Quality Plumbing around 1PM after I had water backing up into my pipes. Randy and Ethan, arrived within an hour of my initial call and determined the issue was that my septic tank had become full. By 9AM, Douglas and Phillip were in my driveway ready to pump my system out for and get me back up and running. They assessed a few other things and determined there was a, separate issue that needed to be fixed that was causing the rest of the system to back up into the house. They called the office and asked that an additional tech come out and figure out if that was the root of the problem for sure. Those service guys arrived within an hour and analyzed the problem further to get us answers. I am very pleased with the quality of service I have received thus far from this company. Everyone that has come out has been willing to answer my 400 questions about how the system works and what needs to be fixed, and they have all arrived promptly and worked efficiently.

Johnathan was extremely nice and took the time to explain why our old hot water heater quit and everything about the new one including how it worked and how to change each setting. He was very pleasant even in 95 degrees on a holiday weekend. If we needed service again, I would request Jonathan! He's a very nice young man!

Techs were very professional and timely w/ the service.

Jonathan Price is the Carter Quality technician who took care of my plumbing repairs. He is very professional and friendly. Jonathan arrived at the arranged appointment time. He checked out my plumbing issues and explained what needed to be done with a price estimate. Jonathan returned this morning to make the repairs in a very timely manner. Both issues were repaired. I will happily request his plumbing service again.
