Mark and his team AL was absolutely on point from start to finish. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the process and took the time to answer every single one of my questions thoroughly. I was blown away by his responsiveness—he always returned my texts and calls in a timely manner. I felt fully supported the entire time! We are extremely happy with our Bathroom rebuild with Al being the lead contractor. The delay was due to the holidays and were beyond our control. I would highly recommend American water damage anyone I know. UPDATE 3/21/2026: Having final invoice dispute going on 3 weeks now, not sure what’s going on with accounting department. Original estimate to insurance was high, final Acutal invoice came in 1k LOWER, but AWD want us to pay the higher estimate. Insurance said no not without itemized price to show evidence . I’m try to get them to the table with the insurance company to work out the numbers but AWD went silent on me. Can someone from AWD respond to my email inquiry and update me on this so we can resolve this?
