Bob Severins is the ultimate professional. He has been one of my friends for a very long time however, talking with us last night he was absolutely 100% forthcoming with all the information. He loves his job so much and I can tell because he puts so much time and effort into doing all the necessary steps to getting us right. I’m so grateful that I have Bob in my corner.

Sean is totally professional and highly trained as a Plumber. He fixed our sewer line that was clogged with tree roots and other nasty stuff. Castle responded immediately by dispathing him to our house. After the clog was removed he proviided pictures to verify the line was open. Kendall Mitchell was also sent over to assist Sean and they did an excellent job. They put in some high powered root killer to prevent future clogs. Totally satisfied with the response time, quality of service and price.

I can’t say enough good things about these folks at Castle Home Comfort. Hard working, polite and respectful. They’re doing a great job and I look forward to many years of affordable heating and cooling that I don’t have to worry about. Thanks.

Ashley was professional and helpful to quickly get a technician out within a couple hours of calling. Austin was incredibly helpful and informative. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the system and identify the issue. He provided a temporary fix while waiting for a permanent replacement part quickly. Austin also shared a lot of information that gave me a better understanding of my own system and what to expect as an owner. I couldn't ask for better service.

My furnace quit in the evening. They came out that night and troubleshooted the issue. Was the control board. Brandon gave me options and estimated pricing. He offered a space heater if I needed it. He came back next morning with new control board and all is good! Excellent service and knowledgeable people!

Jayson came after hours and replaced a capacitor for my air conditioner. He showed me the employee from Mike Williams came out earlier the same day and did an inspection of the air conditioner they disconnected wires to the compacitor and never put it back on. Which caused me not to have cool air in the house and noise being made from the outside air conditioner. Jayson did a great diligent job among others he inspected and explained everything very thoroughly and gave me confidence that the crew they have is very reliable.

They were very sociable and did a very nice job, and explained to me what he did to make it work the way it needed. And I am very satisfied with the work that Steve did and I recommend him and White Castle in all a good place.
