I contacted them this morning and before lunch not only had they reached out but I had videos as well of them on property helping with septic needs.

Had an issue with a new commode installed in November. They came out within a few hours and quickly fixed the issue. Cleaned up after himself as well efficient and very friendly. These are the only plumbers I use. Getting a competent, reliable and honest plumbing company is not easy. We've been a customer for around 15 years for business and personal property. Do miss Mr. Dan, but his son is following in his dad's footsteps closely. Give them a try, believe you too will be impressed and happy.

We had a major issue come up late on a Sunday night, where our septic tank started overflowing everywhere, into everything, we called Mr. Dans Plumbing & they were here first thing the next morning. Skyler Watkins was here both days they worked here, & was clearly lead the first day, then by himself half the day the second day. He is very knowledgeable & he did an excellent job. He made sure to show & explain everything, everything that was wrong, everything they had to do, there was no questioning if he knew what he was doing. But, what really impressed me was how compassionate & empathetic he was towards my sick grandfather & how patient he was with my curious small children that wanted to ask him a million questions. He is representing this company well, & we will definitely recommend to anyone in the future.
