Drew is “good people”. He was able to come several hours sooner than expected. My breaker box was shut off and I needed my lighting to function. Within a half hour he found the problem: an outdoor outlet had gotten wet from a storm the night before and it started smoking when he tested it. He explained the breaker box was doing its job and no wires were damaged. He replaced the outlet, encased it in a plastic bubble and then caulked it. He was kind, friendly, and efficient.

Dave and Justin did an absolutely incredible job! It was hot and raining and they still finished the job! It was a very long day for them and considering the unfavorable conditions, they still did amazing work! Shout out to Kevin as well for coming out to diagnose our problems and making sure we understood everything and answering our many questions.

Kevin was very professional, considerate, and informative. We spoke a lot while he was testing a few things in relation to our old panel. He even answered questions about upgrading our panel that I had. We have some things to consider moving forward now. Thanks Kevin

Drew explained the process clearly, gave me the office number, and told me to call first thing in the morning. He promised to brief the front office on his observations as soon as he arrived at work. Matt moved our ring doorbell since due to the new storm door to be installed. He professional and explained everything he was going to do. Very happy with the job he did.

My elec. went out because of the storm. Knocked out the power on my house. Was told to call an electrician before NIPSCO would reconnect. MATTHEW from Amps and Volts went above and beyond and explained to me every step of the way what he was doing and answered all my questions. He had to come again because of NIPSCO and he did as soon as possible. All went great-had to do with NIPSCO Matthew did A1 work. and my Power is on - only of the help and expertise of Matthew at Amps and Volts. It was an emergency and open for business. Very caring people. He was a blessings in tough times. Everything running smoothly. I will call them again for other jobs in my house. He explained how things worked - IDK.
