Kevin came out over the holiday weekend to restore the power in our kitchen. He did a fantastic job and we are so grateful because we had a house full of people visiting. Kevin diagnosed the problem efficiently and accurately and successfully completed the job to our complete satisfaction. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. We highly recommend Amps and Volts.

Kevin and everyone was great to work with. They got out earlier than expected, diagnosed the issue, and got us back up in running as quickly as possible. The price was actually lower than we expected with having to replace an old fuse (yes, we had screw in fuses) box with an actual breaker box.

I highly recommend Matt and Blake. They patiently answered all our questions. Explain the process clearly. Very approachable. We are very happy and satisfied of the service from Amps & Volts.

Dan, electrician was punctual, professional, and courteous. Explained what needed to be done on 3 jobs, told us pricing before starting work and let it up to us to choose if we wanted one, two, or all three jobs done. Would definitely request him again for further jobs.

When a tree fell on my house and knocked out the power line, I was in shock and devastated. Amid the chaos—with police and fire crews on-site—Drew stopped by on his own time. He introduced himself and reassured me that his team could help. His calm, compassionate professionalism eased my stress during that overwhelming moment. Drew explained the process clearly, gave me the office number, and told me to call first thing in the morning. He promised to brief the front office on his observations as soon as he arrived at work. The next morning, the office was already on it. What truly sets Drew apart is his commitment: after his shift ended, he returned on his own to ensure NIPSCO had no issues restoring service. That level of follow-through speaks volumes about his character and dedication.

Matt moved our ring doorbell since due to the new storm door to be installed. He professional and explained everything he was going to do. Very happy with the job he did.

My elec. went out because of the storm. Knocked out the power on my house. Was told to call an electrician before NIPSCO would reconnect. MATTHEW from Amps and Volts went above and beyond and explained to me every step of the way what he was doing and answered all my questions. He had to come again because of NIPSCO and he did as soon as possible. All went great-had to do with NIPSCO Matthew did A1 work. and my Power is on - only of the help and expertise of Matthew at Amps and Volts. It was an emergency and open for business. Very caring people. He was a blessings in tough times. Everything running smoothly. I will call them again for other jobs in my house. He explained how things worked - IDK. P.S: Not mentioning any companies, but don't hold your breathe for the "electric" company to go above and beyond and do the right thing. I had a weird wire hanging down from my roof so I called amps and volts to look at it. They have up front pricing and excellent communication. They came when they said they would and gave excellent advice! I would recommend.
