This is the second time I have used Rescue Restoration - and I continue to get excellent service!! I recommend them 100%. They are professional, patient when I have questions, and respect my property. We’ve had a delay with my insurance on the rebuild, and one of the tarps on my patio fell off. They came immediately when I called to fix it (within the hour). They are such a good team and company! They also deal so effectively with insurance companies! Jose Hernandez was the coordinator on my rebuild this time and he was amazing! He reached out many times to let me know the progress, answered any questions I had, and was very respective of my schedule.

These guys are good, very knowledgeable, on time and very capable. Through diagnosis was accurate.. The fix is what we expected. Caden and Trevor were especially helpful.

They were very thorough and explained everything and answered all of my questions!

No work has started but so far everyone has been very good at explaining the level of work needed in great details.

We had a leak in our dishwasher create damage in cabinetry and a wall. Rescue Restoration assistance was immediate. From dealing with the initial problems to the rebuilding of some cabinets, the entire group of professionals we dealt with were fantastic. Work was exceptional and was explained in detail. Hopefully, we don't have another issue requiring their assistance. But if we do, I will head straight to the people at Rescue Restoration.
