Cameron When Kyle came to do the estimate he was very professional and thorough. He was also kind enough to explain what would need to be done twice—to me and then my husband when he was available. We haven’t had any work done, yet, since we just had the estimate, but I do appreciate how punctual he was getting to me the same day and his willingness to answer any questions I had.
We had a water leak that resulted in a need for remediation followed by restoration. Rescue Restoration did both. Their people were professional as was their work. Results are great and we are very happy. Hunter said he hopes he never has to come over again but we said if we had a new problem, we know who to call.

Great response time. Hector answered all my questions about repairs that were needed. The team is here today doing repairs just 1 day after I notified Hector that I had received payment from insurance company.
