Once again, I called Mister Sparky to buy a generator and have an install switch (converter) which works when you lose power, you can turn on your generator on and go to your panel and switch to generator power. With these early hurricanes, I wanted peace of mind for this upcoming season. Andrew was my salesman, and he is superior at his job. He's friendly, knowledgeable and knows his profession well. I purchased the Generac Generator and needed to have once of their electricians come by to install a new panel. Chirkov came by to install the electrical panel. He was very professional and had the panel up and running within a few hours after arriving. He didn't just do the work and leave, he actually stayed with me to help me understand how everything works. We do not have enough nice things to say about Mr Sparky of Clearwater and specifically our technician Daniel. Service was prompt and communication was top notch. Being in New York and trying to fix things in Florida is nerve wracking at best. Daniel made the process a breeze and supplied pictures of before and after. Highly recommend.

Electrician Allison was here again due to our Ring doorbell not working after the technician installed it. She is a great troubleshooter. She checked everything that could be causing a problem, very thorough! With the issue identified she is methodical in fixing the problem!! She takes some time to be sure she has found and is correctly fixing the trouble. She does not “jump the gun” working with electricity. We will request her again should we need an electrician! The technician that came to my home was Asyl. Not the young man that I accidentally touched. Asyl was wonderful explaining to me the hazards contained within my wall panel. He was informative, patient and a big help for me making a decision to purchase a new panel.

On time and did the replacement of the main breaker panel the same day. Corrected other issues found. Very professional.
