Erick was the plumber tech that came out to replace the water hookups under the bathroom sink. Our insurance carrier recommended we replace them. I had used Plumbing Express for a hot water replacement so I called them for this project. They were prompt, price was fair and Erick was very personable. I would highly recommend them.

For follow up after request for quote on toilet installation. Today. June 13, Installed new toilet, removed old water filter. Replaced internals on other toilet. All done to perfection. June 16, 2025 My experience with Pluming Express has been very positive. Erick Packwood and his partner Dominic did several services including installing a new toilet. Erick’s follow up and professionalism is extraordinary. He needed to order a part to complete one of the jobs and said his office would be contacting on Monday. On Monday I get the call and 2 hours later Erick is there with the part. He installed it quickly and the job was completed. I would highly recommend Plumbing Express and in particular Erick.

We have used Plumbing Express since our home renovation in 2019. They installed all of the new plumbing, water filtration system and RO system. They recently installed a new water heater and replaced some bathroom faucets that the manufacturer had to replace. They always do a good job and their plumbers are knowledgeable and polite. Peter drove an hour and a half one-way on 24-hr notice to take care of an emergency for us. He easily fixed the problem once he arrived. I wish I lived in Sarasota, so Peter and Plumbing Express could be my regular plumber. That alone is reason enough to recommend them to anyone, but perhaps even more important is the reason I called him in the first place. Four years ago, he graciously donated his time and resources, helping our family by participating in a home remodel courtesy of Military Makeover, following the passing of our 5-year-old daughter Scarlett.
