Cody arrived timely as promised. He was professional in every aspect. Provided an upfront estimate of the cost to install a new (whole house) Moen water shut off valve. I had the pleasure of watching him test and install the device. He was meticulous and organized in his approach, and the quality of his work was outstanding. He installed the new smart valve and tested its operation. He ensured that I was able to successfully set up the monitoring app on my phone. He cleaned up after all of his work and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything he had done. I wish I lived in Sarasota, so Peter and Plumbing Express could be my regular plumber. That alone is reason enough to recommend them to anyone, but perhaps even more important is the reason I called him in the first place. Four years ago, he graciously donated his time and resources, helping our family by participating in a home remodel courtesy of Military Makeover, following the passing of our 5-year-old daughter Scarlett.
