Your team is fantastic. Mitch noticed a potentially dangerous gas leak at the meter. He went above and beyond for us. he instructed me to call the gas company and within15 minutes the issue was resolved. Mitch deserves a 10 start rating. Kris and Curtis also deserve a 10 star rating with their professionalism, trustworthiness and all around knowledge. Their installation of the new A/C and Furnace was seamless and they took such care to make sure I was OK and comfortable during the heat. Our water heater died on us on Sunday. GVP got us a new one installed by 5pm on Monday. Curvan was absolutely great! He was so professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I had no questions. He even put salt in my waters softener for me. Loren was also super helpful and caring.
