Kenny was super professional, prompt, and helpful with my questions. The receptionist called ahead, was there when she said he would be, and took the time to answer questions and gave great tips. Even the receptionist was super polite when I called to schedule the appt and even got us in same day. Kenny did the repair on-site same day. Would definitely recommend!
Our air conditioning wasn't working and Jason came out after 9 pm on a bad weather night to fix it. Although it wasn't fixed by 11 pm, it wasn't for lack of trying. He will be back today to resolve the problem. He is very focused and professional.

Our furnace was down this morning. I called Summers and the technician came out within the hour. I was impressed! Zach diagnosed the problem and explained to us what had happened. He was able to complete the repair in a timely matter. I recommend Summers! Thanks Zach!
Had a complete install yesterday in Chesterton. Got a new furnace and AC unit. Guys who arrived were on time. Professional. Explained everything again. Walked me through how to use my thermostat because I am dumb with technology. Cleaned everything up ! Explained throughout all rebates and warranties before they left. Best part is the furnace is so quiet!!!! Cant be happier They did so well they putting in new furnace and AC unit for my dad on Monday !
