We own an old house and we use Apollo for all our Heating, Cooling and Plumbing needs. We needed to have a toilet installed in our 2nd floor bathroom. Our service tech was Max H. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with a couple of options since the flange assembly on the floor had seen better days. We were given all the information needed to determine how we wanted to proceed. At no time did we ever feel pressured to pursue the more expensive option. Max performed the repairs and installation in a timely manner. The area was cleaned up and he made sure everything worked properly. MAX H. 01/09/17

Apollo Home provided quality service in a timely manner through Jason S., who was assisted on the wrap-up day by Patrick B. A thorough assessment and estimate was provided as well as answers to all our questions. Jason explained what would be done and how it would be done. Each day Apollo called to let us know when he was on his and also sent a text with a picture and a little about their background. The project included plaster work, carpentry, tile installation, interior and exterior painting. The site was left clean of any work debris after each day of the project. I have been very impressed with the both Josh, who did the camera inspection today, and Brad, who looked at our kitchen faucet and piping in the house. Any firm would be proud to have an employee like Tez. What a nice guy who is also a hard worker. He also seemed to really know his craft. I was impressed. I would suggest that Apollo begin carrying more extension cord length on its trucks, though. He had only 50 feet. I happened to have plenty for the job at my house (needed about 150 feet), but the next customer may not.

Hands down, BEST customer service Ive ever experienced! They are so thorough, you make a service request online, they call you within 3min to find a better time for you. ALL of their techs make you feel so comfortable while they are there, so professional and courteous. Especially being a female with a male technician, they ask for permission to enter the home, ask if they can go over the problem with you, etc. They even wear gloves and shoe covers. 100% favorite service company to deal with!!

After a semi-annual checkup the air conditioner was not cooling the house. We contacted Apollo and tech Wes J was dispatched on the service call. In reviewing the heat pump / air conditioning unit he noticed that the other tech had re-connected the connection upside down and therefore was not making a good connection and therefore the only thing that was running was the fan. He reconnected the hose and the unit started working properly and started cooling the house again. The inside temp had reached 90 degrees and cooled off to 70 degrees ( the temp we had the thermostat set to) within a few hours. WES J. 05/20/15

After just one experience with Apollo Home, I now know where to turn for my electrical needs. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. They do a great job of communicating but not too much. Our electrician, Liam Fletcher, was very, very good. He was polite & personable...knowledgeable & professional. He was an extremely good listener, as I pretty much gave him the electrical history of our house from when we moved in 18 years ago to the present time. I never felt rushed. He not only fixed the immediate problems we were having, but he did a few extra things to help us out at no additional cost. Speaking of cost? Well, it was more than reasonable. Apollo service techs are always courteous and professional. I purchased a completely new unit last year, and have since had numerous issues. The outdoor condensing coils were leaking and had to be replaced. A freon leak occurred on the inside unit and was repaired. A plugged drain pan was causing condensation to overflow. The plugged drain pan was actually an unusual fabrication issue where the pan was not sufficiently punched out to allow liquid to drain. All of this was very frustrating, especially for a new unit. Equally frustrating for Apollo, I'm sure. There is some question in my mind as to whether it should have taken so many trips to resolve all the issues. However, Alex did a GREAT job digging in and finally getting it fixed. I appreciated his tenacity to find the root causes. All of this was covered under warranty, and aside from the obvious inconvenience and frustration, I was ultimately happy with the outcome. I certainly hope I don't need to call them for anything else! Apollo was very interested in resolving my problems. I think it shows that they are committed to customer satisfaction and will do what it takes to make things right. Thanks guys! ALEX A. 09/23/18

Very nice gentleman from Apollo came over to check out my heater and found out there's a crack in the return area. So my heater had to be shut down for good and now I'm waiting for sales to come out so we can talk about putting in a new heater before this Friday. The 23rd otherwise this man was exceptionally knowledgeable and showed me with his orthoscopic camera and everything what was going on found the crack and did a good job describing what was wrong and showing me exactly everything I needed to know. Apollo Home has helped me with electrical and plumbing problems. Most recently I utilized their handyman service to fix water damage and cut out holes around some pipes in the ceiling of my home.
