Damian Met with Kevin Johnson today at Hart Medical in Southfield regarding durable medical equipment. He was was extremely knowledgeable about the use of CPAP. He explained everything throughly and made sure all my questions were answered. Mr. Johnson is definitely an asset to their company.
He was very polite and friendly...called ahead and was here on the time he said he would be. He was also very efficient in and out in a timely manner. Also very helpful answering questions about getting a humidifier on the oxygen to prevent dryness causing a bloody nose. Dan and Greg has a tough job putting a chair that was a little too big through a door that seemed a little too small. But they persevered with a smiles and new ideas and completed the job. Very pleasant and confident they could get it to work. They were great!!!!!
Went to the Clarkston Office today and I knew it was going to be a difficult transaction, nothing is ever easy dealing with my adjuster. But Christina took everything in stride. She gave me clear directions of what I needed to do and the information she needed me obtain. She was able to shift gears when we did run it a roadblock and kept a positive attitude despite it all not going smoothly. I liked the fact one of Christina's first things she said was "I am so sorry you got hurt, but I'll help you get what you need for at least part." It a world where we rush to get things done it was nice to see someone remembered the person behind the injury. Sometimes all you need to do is smile and let someone know you care.
