I had a problem with my HVAC- Air-Conditioning. Service technician Matthew Desroches showed up and took care of the problem. What was impressive was the clear and helpful explanation he provided of how the problem may be solved and the two options to do so. It immediately telegraphed a sense of trust. He seemed very knowledgeable and truly geared to help solve the problem.

You quickly set any concerns or prejudice I'd held from past experiences with other companies to rest. The degree of knowledge and hard work I witnessed during this short window from the compassionate logging of the issue to the removal and installation of the unit was impeccable. Dear Cranney Company, I am emailing regarding the service appointment yesterday. Jimmy and Jake were fantastic! They came out last week, we discussed a better solution for the security of our condenser (which was the original plan to mount on the home) and they returned today to complete. They both did an amazing job given the elements. We appreciate there attention to detail and their respectful manner in customer service. We wished that they had initially came out and installed the product the right way because it has made all the difference. Jimmy and Jake did a great job and we are happy with the result of the fix that was made to the original installation. The system seems to be anchored into the side our home way more secure without compromising space.

We contact Cranney, because our hot water tank was leaking and not working. Nick came out the same day, he was very nice and explained our options. We needed a specific size tank because our basement is low. So he informed us that he will order our tank and that Frank and a partner would be here the next day at 8am. Frank and his partner showed up on time, introduce themselves also followed COVID guidelines by wearing masks. and staying 6 ft away from others in the home. They were fast, efficient and thorough. In & out in less than 3 hours. Great Job!!!! We have Hot water now! Highly recommended!

Our water heater stopped working. 1) Cranney was prompt for our appt, and they were able to fit us in quickly. 2) When we asked if we needed to think about replacing, they were quick to reassure us that a repair would suffice (and be MUCH less expensive.) Such INTEGRITY! We had one other company come out for a price comparison and their repair quote was significantly higher and they strongly suggested we replace rather than repair. We had Cranney do the repair today and are fully satisfied.
