Awesome service as usual

I’ve used True Blue a couple of times now for emergencies (sumo pump flooding into basement and busted pipe/shark bite fitting flooding behind tub) and they’ve alway come through. James is great, Shawn is great. And Antonio is great. All three are extremely professional, but also approachable and friendly. They explain everything they are doing, go over the cost, and give great insight for how to avoid the issues in the future. They have my business

All I have to say that my technician was excellent, he explained everything the was the problem and the solutions to remedy the problem. I want to give Antonio Y. a great recommendation.

James was referred to me by my sister who obtained his contact info from her HOA. He responded to my call the same day that I left him a voicemail. He came over and checked out my leaking faucet over the bathtub and low water pressure in the Master bathroom shower. He performed a thorough review of all the plumbing and water heater. To make a long story short, he replaced all corroded material, replaced the water heating unit which showed corrosion and leaks, showed me the problem parts and walked through every step of what he and Antonio were doing. He brought everything up to current code in one day and best of all, both cleaned up after themselves even after I told them that they didnt have to. Very polite, considerate and caring. My money was well spent. Their labour was less than what I expected. I felt that he was very honest and explained everything to my level of understanding. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to hire an honest individual and business.

There are not enough words I can say for how amazing True Blue is!!! We had a hot water pipe break under our concrete slab on a Friday, and Saturday morning James was out there! I had multiple conversations with Pamela over the phone and she was just so great to talk to and work with. After the fact, we spoke multiple times and you can tell they all really care about their customers. Art, Antonio and Paithan were the plumbers we got lucky enough to work with. Three amazing gentlemen who I would recommend to anyone who ever has any plumbing issues of any kind. They knocked it out quicker than was originally thought and they were just amazing guys to talk with as well. I can't say enough about James though. He talked me and my wife through all of the possible ways we could fix the issue and really gave so much insight into what he thought was the best option vs just the most expensive one. I really hope I never have to need them again but if ever I have anymore plumbing issues you can be sure I am calling True Blue Plumbing Services!

Antonio did a very good and neat job of installing the water line for the new refrigerator. He assessed the problem, explained two options and the costs. He then proceeded with the installation. He cleaned up afterwards.

I was under the understanding like most companies I've dealt with in the past that the $79 service charge would not be charged if you actually did the work; I thought that was only for like if they came out and just gave a quote, otherwise absorbed into the job. Overall the price was a much higher than expected, but the work was very good and we appreciate you all working with us on the schedule and getting there when you did!

I called True Blue Plumbing the day before Thanksgiving due to very low water pressure problem. I spoke to Kelly who sent Gabriel and I think the other guys name was Chris, out right away. They were professional, knowledgeable and very nice guys! They diagnosed the problem and installed a new pressure reducing valve! Well after the pressure stabilized I noticed the tank was leaking a lot! I needed a new hot water heater on thanksgiving holiday weekend!! Long story short, Sean installed my new water heater with no problem! This is the best experience Ive ever had... everyone was understanding, very kind and professional- I will definitely recommend and use them again!! True blue lives up to their name!! You guys rock!
