Eric I thought David Grierson provided excellent service throughout the project. While Ideal's bid was not the lowest, what they proposed far outweighed that of the other two installers. We appreciated David's attention to the installation from start to finish. We are VERY pleased with the outcome.

Cipriano I would like to encourage anyone with a flat roof in Houston to ask Ideal Roofing to come out for an evaluation. It's not simple stuff and I wouldn't trust it to just anyone. Cipriano Sanchez handled my roof repair and he (1) gave me a firm quote the day he first came to look at it, (2) delivered 100% of the scope that I requested and (3) completed the work on time. This may not seem like a big deal, but getting exactly what you want, on time, at the price you were told IS a big deal. These people are very professional and deserve all the business that comes their way.

Ramon Ideal Roofing recently added a new roof to our home. The representative from Ideal truly acted as a consultant. He did not push product, he showed me comparison on pricing, answered all my questions and he also shared with me the common questions his customers have asked and his answers. He was prompt, courteous and met my schedule for availability. The roofers kept a very tidy work area, picked up every piece of trash and even made sure there were no "hidden nails" in the yard. I was told the time horizon for the job and it was met early! In addition, the representative was at my house early the day the job started to ensure all materials and workers had arrived and he came back at the end of the day to ensure installation and cleanup were done to my liking. I highly recommend Ideal Roofing!

Ramon Jim Hardwick and his team did quality work replacing our roof. He personally replaced a few tiles (at no charge) when inspecting our roof for the first time and that was just 2 days before the Tax Day flood in 2016. That gesture saved us from a greater disaster.
