ECO tech Jacob Backherms did a superior job leveling a dirt/grass mound in our backyard. (It had still not settled back to level after a long time — from previous ECO work that had replaced a sewer pipe from our house to about 20ft back from the house). We are extremely pleased with his five-star work.

Eco tech Robert Forbus did a superior job fixing a broken supply line to the filter under kitchen sink. The old connection was no longer within code so Robert installed a new type connection within current code. We are extremely pleased with his five-star work.

He was prompt, proficient and pleasant. A very likeable young man who reflects well on Eco. We were very pleased with the service. We are repeat customers with Eco and will continue to use the company when we need work done.

I experienced a sudden HVAC issue and called for help late in the day. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and tried to send a technician over before closing time. Although I wasn’t able to get assistance that evening, she called back to inform me about it. First thing in the morning, a technician (Mr Tony) arrived to solve my problem. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. I also learned about a year-round service plan that I am seriously considering. Overall, I am very happy with Eco!

Called Eco (We are near Dayton) on a whim when my normally preferred company couldn’t get us in.. I thought we just had a clogged drain that needed snaked.. Long story short, we had a collapsed fountain line which required tearing up my partially finished basement. They fixed the originally problem. We asked them to come back and rip the rest of the cast iron foundation lines out so we weren’t in this spot again.. We have nothing but great things to say about all the employees we dealt with from Jeremy W who came out to snake it , to Devaunghn B who gave us all the estimates and camera’ed the lines and lastly Hunter who did all the work of the repair. He was amazing, answered my questions and worked hard to leave the house in good condition. Ben came to help a few days too.. They were all very friendly and nice to our dogs too! The only thing I can’t comment on is their prices. We were in a bind on the original repair and needed it repaired quickly, we didn’t get any other estimates. We were satisfied with the work and felt like they did a good job. Would recommend them..
