Very appreciative of Brent's expertise and patience. He ran a camera down one of our down spouts and discovered the pipe in the ground had come apart. With the torrential downpours we have had recently the water just kept swirling out the down spout around the corner of our house. We agreed to have a crew replace the pipe and fix the down spout. Brent arranged everything. I am a care plan member so I get a discount. Plus, Eco Plumbers is very good about sending emails/ text messages regarding their arrival times and reviews of the technicians.

Called Eco (We are near Dayton) on a whim when my normally preferred company couldn’t get us in.. I thought we just had a clogged drain that needed snaked.. Long story short, we had a collapsed fountain line which required tearing up my partially finished basement. They fixed the originally problem. We asked them to come back and rip the rest of the cast iron foundation lines out so we weren’t in this spot again.. We have nothing but great things to say about all the employees we dealt with from Jeremy W who came out to snake it , to Devaunghn B who gave us all the estimates and camera’ed the lines and lastly Hunter who did all the work of the repair. He was amazing, answered my questions and worked hard to leave the house in good condition. Ben came to help a few days too.. They were all very friendly and nice to our dogs too! The only thing I can’t comment on is their prices. We were in a bind on the original repair and needed it repaired quickly, we didn’t get any other estimates. We were satisfied with the work and felt like they did a good job. Would recommend them..
