Juane isolated the issue and resolved it quickly. He was courteous and professional. We would be happy to have him provide service again.

Matthew came out and hopefully resolved the new sump pump leak issues finally. He came up with a rather creative solution to prevent the weep hole from shooting straight sideways, splashing against the sump wall, which resulted in water leaking out.

Bob was able to answer my questions and provide a couple of options for solutions.
