Ben was able to explain all of the technicalities to mein layman's terms. I told him about an additional problem that I was having with uneven temperatures in our bedrooms and the main living space. He recommended the proper equipment and the proper sensors for each room and for the main living space. We put them on order, he returned and helped us set everything up installed it and even helped us put the app on our phones so that we could control it from remote locations. Ben is a Rockstar! I will absolutely have him back for any other issues or concerns that we may have in the future and our newer home. I will make sure to request him for my HVAC needs! My mother-in-law's home needed all new drains. They were original and over 60 years old and had multiple leaks. Eco plumbers gave us a great quote, explained everything and came out the next day and replaced all the drains in her home. Great to have a company that you can depend on when you need it.

Each person I dealt with from Austin to Jordan and his crew were professional and though I was not able to be at home due to work they kept me informed every step of the way. Anytime a decision needed to be made I was called immediately during the project for the go ahead. I was kept informed and in the loop at all times. They were also very patient and thorough in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

The 2 people that came were amazing. I went with them because they provided a free estimate and they had a special that made it $93 to snake the drain. Somehow the clog must have fixed itself because they didn't have to snake the drain. They left it up to us and they were not pushy about it. I didn't have to pay anything which is extremely surprising! This is what the invoice said: Upon arrival we ran water for at least 20 minutes, flushed toilet 15+ times, ran basement shower and laundry sink as well. The line drained all of the water without backing up. While filling up the laundry sink to simulate a load of laundry, the pipe came apart underneath the sink and leaked a lot of water onto the floor. This is because the pipe was barely fastened onto the bottom of the sink and we did not disturb it at all. I was able to resecure the pipe to the bottom of the sink, but the pipe is barely long enough to reach it and I recommended to the customer getting a longer piece of tubular to make sure it’s fully secured. As of now everything is draining as it should, I believe they had a soft clog that loosened up on its own. I let them know to call back if they need any help hooking up the new pipes under the sink or if the line clogs. SUB-TOTAL $0.00
