The company name is now Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating & A/C. I have leased a brand new A/C unit from them a few years ago. Since then, the unit has had a lot of problems with the heat/cooling and not working properly, so I called them every time when something goes wrong, the maintenance is included. When the tech arrived, he said he checked everything nothing was wrong, and he powered on/off the unit and back to normal, obviously the tech didn't fix the problem, and he didn't know what goes wrong. Yesterday, I made a service call again because same problem appears, and I don't want to power on/off the unit, I need them to fix the problem. The customer service (I forgot her name) said they were fully booked, she said she could put me on the weekend, then I was like......then she said a tech can come between 4p and 6p., then time went by the tech no show, at 6:10p I called them again, a girl said she will pass the message to the dispatcher and that's it. As of now, no text, no phone call, no tech shows up. I called them again at about 3p this afternoon, the customer service (Linda) said she called me and left a message yesterday, I asked her which number did you call? She said 1378, I said it was my old number, I told her, every time I make a service call, you can read my new number and my home address in your system, Linda is a big fat liar!!!!!!! Then I hung up! Worse product and worse customer service. So next time when you need any plumbing, heating & A/C service DO NOT call them, PLEASE PLEASE!!

Lane came to service our tankless water heater. Like all Frymire repair folks he was friendly, courteous, and patient when sharing their findings . I have always found Frymire to employ exceptional repair folks Wonderful customer service from the start. I appreciate the call noting actual arrival time .He left all service areas clean and was helpful with my questions regarding improvements. Trevor was thorough in his explanations and had other customer attic pictures to show me where insulation improvements will be made. I will definitely request Trevor For my spring check-up Ivan , one of our favorite technicians , returned to our home today to figure out why our lower heater stopped working. He quickly found the blockage and returned heat to our downstairs in a matter of minutes . We appreciate Ivan’s knowledge , troubleshooting , and quick repair! Our hot water heater began leaking. Called them @7p & left message. Very quickly, our call was returned, given helpful advice via phone, & appointment set for next day. They arrived promptly & replaced our 14 yr-old water heater. JJ Jacobs was efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Strittmatter did a fantastic job replacing my water heater and taking care of a couple other problems I had. Very professional and friendly personnel. Real craftsmanship in all the work they did. Now my go to guys for plumbing issues!

We were having trouble getting hot water- it was just warm. Called Strittmatter around noon. Cody was there by 1 and diagnosed our problem (s). Gave the ok for a new water heater about 1:30. By 3pm, they were back with new water heater and by 5 we had hot water again! Fantastic service and staff!

We’ve used Strittmatter’s service for years. They are always prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. If there are repairs to be made, they make sure you know your cost up front. I always recommend them when asked for a referral. I like the fact you can have the same service person come out every time. We had out HVAC unit replaced a while back and Andy, our service guy, was there from the beginning. He knows us and our service record and that’s a huge plus for our family.

Cody was prompt and very good about communicating the needs and price estimate for my repair. I own rental properties and have dealt with many plumbers. I will definitely use Stritmatter again!
