Hey was very friendly and thank God because I have a 3 year old German shepherd and he loved her! He was a lot faster than I expected him to be and left no mess in my basement installing my new water heater after my old one was leaking badly. He was awesome!

Loved these guys they did wonderful! Very nice people all of them! Turned out I had probably most of the staff here doing quite a bit of work between getting a new furnace, RO system, kitchen faucet, water softener as well as getting the house up to code on my water heater and fixing some old pressure valves that were way too close to my electrical box. Very pleased with them!

I was in the process of getting a fence put in at my townhome, but the fencers ran into an issue - my AC unit was right up against the property line, leaving no room for fence posts without going over the property line. That wasnt exactly an option for me, so I called Comfort Heroes at about 5pm and got an almost immediate call back (after normal business hours) - after a brief conversation, the gentleman had scheduled for Jeff K. to arrive the next morning to provide a quote to move the AC unit over about 1. When he arrived, he was very polite and knowledgeable about just what needed to happen and how to keep costs as low as possible for me since this wasnt a planned expense. He gave me the quote, asked about my timeline (basically needed it done ASAP) and he went out of his way to call the office and see if he had an hour to knock out the work right then and there. And he did! He ran out to grab some other supplies, came right back, and knocked it out so fast. When I was stressed about the situation I was in, it was literally solved by Comfort Heroes (and especially Jeff K!) within 18 hours - thats unheard of and certainly doesnt go unnoticed. Theyll be my go-to HVAC pros going forward, thats for sure!
