Bret is a really nice young man. I had a few questions and he took the time to answer them. I recommend the monthly service plan. I have Summers check out my air, heat, and plumbing each year, included in the plan.

Frank Is amazing first was diagnosed needing new compressor but Frank and his expertise decided a new compressor wasn't needed and explained to me what he thought iam truly appreciative for his knowledge in helping me get my air running again abd saving me alot of money can't thank him enough. Thank you Summer's for your help !

Jimmy did a great job explaining how I needed a new part on my one year old central air conditioner! The contacts were definitely burned just like he said. I consider this a manufacturer defect however by Lenox that they should be responsible for paying!

Jimmy was professional and worked quickly. He made the diagnosis, explained our options and thoroughly went through the pricing, financing, discounts, possible savings, etc. I called Summers at 6:30 a.m., had a return call and time slot by 8 and Jimmy came in the afternoon. That type of service is needed in this heat!
