Bo Cooper was on time, professional, and very informative about the current state of our furnace. He told us about a possible part upgrade, but without any hard sell. The usual good work by Summers' technicians and staff. Alex was back today to address a clogged bathroom sink and bathtub. As usual, Alex was on time, worked quickly, and fixed the problem. He improved our ability to clear clogs in the bathtub and had advice for avoiding clogs in the bathroom sink. Typical good work by Alex and efficient work by Summers' staff working the phones. Alex returned to our home today to replace a non-functioning back-up sump pump with battery. This replacement included a new sump pump plus a back-up sump with battery in case of power outages, primary pump failure, or some combination/sequence of both. Not cheap, but better than a flooded finished basement with carpeting. Alex was timely, friendly, professional. The usual good work by Alex and Summers. Alex and his partner Christian installed three new toilets for us today. This involved removing the old toilets and installing the new ones. The new toilets were what we ordered, no problems there. Alex and Christian were punctual and completed the job within two hours. Professional work and service as usual from Summers. Bob Jones delivered our furnace/ac filters we ordered yesterday. No problems. Good work by Bob and Summers as usual. Glad that I discovered Summers years ago. Always responsive and reliable. The usual good work by Summers and Bob. Great job by Rob repairing our external dryer vent until we can get a replacement vent. Rob is very helpful and works inventively, if needed, to solve the problem. Summers always delivers. After finishing our furnace inspection and tune-up, he drove back to Summers to pick up Solace furnace filters and humidifier filters we wanted to have available for ongoing maintenance. We'd like Max to do our AC check-up in the spring. Great work by Max and frontline staff - Kayla - as well. Robert was personable and friendly. He answered my questions regarding our AC system. He made an adjustment that allowed for a better fit of the duct door where our Solace air filter system is located. Since we needed filters, he drove back to the shop for a year's supply. This was not an upsell, as the four filters' cost was $98 (with our service agreement 10% discount), which I'm almost certain is less than purchasing these filters online. Very pleased with Robert and Summers. Woke up Saturday AM to no heat. Contacted Summers and Chase was at our house within 90 minutes of my contact. Chase was friendly and informative, providing updates on what he was doing to solve our heating problem, which he did. Excellent job by Chase.
