We could not be happier with Quality First and am so happy that I responded to their reaching out to our neighborhood. I received very competitive bids for major jobs we are considering in the future, but not yet ready for. However, they were able to install leaf guards in the new gutters, ensuring downspouts were all working and fixing a plugged one, at an excellent rate. What pleased us even more, if that is possible, is that they were able to fix a dry rot issue, due to downspout landing on the roof and not into a gutter. The repair unbelievably was quoted at no extra cost!!! Augusto spent 4 hours and did such a beautiful job that you could not even notice that there had been a major repair. We would not consider using anyone else in the future. The ductless mini split is really great. I had never heard of it before, Colin told us about it. We were not going to get an AC because the ductwork would be expensive. This was less invasive. Also, we like one area in the house to be a lot cooler and the bedroom warmer.

A professional presentation and an excellent installation. Communication and follow-up were excellent. The actual installers were thoughtful and efficient. I appreciated all aspects of the job, from start to finish.

Tim was the salesman, very very good at answering all my questions about the windows that Im interested in. He is coming back Saturday to meet with my son. It was a pleasure to have him meet with me.Thanks Tim

Colin and his associate were absolutely amazing at our consultation - they listened to what we wanted, offered reasonable solutions, worked with our budget, and really worked hard to meet the needs of our family. Construction began right away as well, and the workers and lead were all extremely responsible and responsive. I happened to have our baby as construction began and the team did their very best to not only expedite the work, but were beyond mindful of my needs as well!
