Mithun did an excellent job at explaining the benefits of Tex-Cote and other services offered by Quality First Home Improvement. He explained products thoroughly and was able to communicate in a manner that was not overwhelming. He also did a thorough explanation of payment and financing options.

Complete roof replacement done May 2025. Work was excellent, completed quickly and well. Cleaned up daily and communicated as needed.

A professional presentation and an excellent installation. Communication and follow-up were excellent. The actual installers were thoughtful and efficient. I appreciated all aspects of the job, from start to finish.

The ductless mini split is really great. I had never heard of it before, Colin told us about it. We were not going to get an AC because the ductwork would be expensive. This was less invasive. Also, we like one area in the house to be a lot cooler and the bedroom warmer.

Tim was the salesman, very very good at answering all my questions about the windows that Im interested in. He is coming back Saturday to meet with my son. It was a pleasure to have him meet with me.Thanks Tim

Colin and his associate were absolutely amazing at our consultation - they listened to what we wanted, offered reasonable solutions, worked with our budget, and really worked hard to meet the needs of our family. Construction began right away as well, and the workers and lead were all extremely responsible and responsive. I happened to have our baby as construction began and the team did their very best to not only expedite the work, but were beyond mindful of my needs as well!
