And, he advised us what the possible consequences could be should another contractor say it could be done. We felt confident with his assessment and thankful that he presented those facts to us.

The ductless mini split is really great. I had never heard of it before, Colin told us about it. We were not going to get an AC because the ductwork would be expensive. This was less invasive. Also, we like one area in the house to be a lot cooler and the bedroom warmer.
