With Tycon, all members that service me was always polite, they went forth & beyond for me, & was so understanding when it came to my situation & really needing help. They always made me feel welcomed & displayed they cared. I understand that it may have been delayed when it came to my order(COVID) but, they made sure that they always kept me informed every step of the way. I'm more than satisfied because, they all did everything they say they would to make it convenient for someone in my circumstance. THANK YOU!!!

They are so very helpful and I have çerebral Palsy so my leg muscles stay weak and stiff all the time so they've been there for all the medical devices I need power wheelchair and the Manuel wheelchair I actually need a new Manuel wheelchair since where Iive doesn't have any ramps and it three steep steps

I love that Ed talked directly to our family member and wanted him to be comfortable. Ed is meticulous and his measurements were precise! Ed is very friendly and did not rush through fitting the new wheelchair. He showed us each feature, and I thank God for him and Tycon Medical!

The service man who came out to help me , Phil , was awesome, polite and went above and beyond trying to get my old chair going while waiting to get a new one ordered. 5 service and then some. Even though we didnt get it running , I know he tried every thing he could. Thank you
