Jeremy Young was very informative as he cleaned and checked our air conditioning unit. He totally explained the process of the unit and what to do in the winter which we appreciated. Very knowledgeable and professional. I asked him some questions about our water heater and he explained that also to us. We now have an appointment to replace our water heater soon. Jeremy conducted our air and heating inspection today. He was quick, efficient, and explained the things that need future replacement. Very honest and friendly. Today, Seth did our plumbing inspection. He was friendly, explained our faucet problem in detail and gave us a quote for future repair. As usual, we were very happy with the service! Last week - Chadd was on time, very friendly and very professional. He was respectful of property and worked quickly and efficiently. He provided us with a quote for a future plumbing project. Today Rob Kucharski came for AC and heater inspection. He was very personable and professional also. Poor guy worked in pouring rain. Did a very thorough job and gave quotes on possible future work. Every employee of this company has been awesome!! Would recommend them without hesitation. Once again a great inspection from Seth. Very thorough and explains future issues that need to be addressed. Seth came out when our water stopped running. Determined that it was not the power switch but the well. Gave us great advice once again.

Employees from Summers always give tips on how to better maintain or use our systems more efficiently. They're always extremely helpful and solve issues quickly. We are enrolled in their maintenance program and it has been completely worth it.

Our air went out on a weekend. We called Summers, 2 hours later they showed up, on time, and had our unit fixed within a half hour! We were so thankful as it was another hot day!
