Edit: I received a return call after about 2 hours(whether based on the original review or not i have no clue). The woman i spoke with this time was a complete 180 from my first exposure. Without hesitation she was able to accommodate my request for service, understood my concerns immediately, and genuinely changed my outlook on this company. If the service turns out as good as the return call, I will absolutely update again to be 5-stars and recommend this to anyone who will listen. A masterclass in how active listening as a company can work in everyone's best interest. Original: I tried calling this company twice this morning. After going through the prompts on the phone to schedule a service, a woman named Charity introduced herself, and then said "hello" and promptly hung up on me. I called back, went through the menu's again, and with a half second of the hold music stopping and the call being picked up, i was again disconnected.

Had a furnace issue today and Frank B and Zachary were my techs. They arrived within the four hour window, they were conscientious of my home, very informative, answered all my questions and they got the job done quick. I will call Summer's again fur any heating, AC or plumbing issues. I highly recommend Summers.

Thank you for all the excellent work you did at my home yesterday, Justin! I could not be happier with my new kitchen sink and faucet. The repairs on our water shut-off valves was incredibly fast and efficient. Thank you also for the repairs on our upstairs bathroom sink. It works wonderfully now! We are so appreciative!!
