An issue involving my neighbor’s roof (where it is connected with mine) surfaced unexpectedly and they offered to rectify it by working with my neighbor. It’s worth noting that they didn’t bill, or pre-bill me, until the issue was fully resolved. Both Zach Godlewski and Chris Maher were very responsive and resourceful throughout the process.
