Wonderful service. Joe did an excellent job of finding a shower stopper in Brushed Nickel. He went the extra mile to search the stores to find this item. He went above and beyond with my service repair of my shower stopper. I greatly appreciated him finding and replacing my shower stopper to match my other bathroom fixtures.
Air conditioner went on the blitz in Saturday evening, just before one of the hottest days of the year! A repairman came out on Sunday, just before 8 AM and set us up with our cold air! The entire process, from calling the 24/7 line to saying goodbye was just a pleasant experience. We ended up setting up a service contract, which basically pays for itself! Highly recommend Larry & Sons!

Nothing was done but Drew was informative and patient in explaining what the issue maybe and what to watch out for. Hopefully the issue is resolved and we hope Drew can come out again if electrical service is needed.

Had issues of not getting cold water to my washing machine. They came out fixed the problem. The tech who came out was awesome. He explained everything to me and my boyfriend.

Excellent service! Very professional. They sent a photo of my tech before he arrived, which is something new I've never seen; very good security. Evan is patient and explained everything that could/would be done upfront. No surprises. And the toilet clog was taken care of in minutes, so I don't have to get a new toilet unexpectedly! Also, just a heads up to parents: tell your children not to flush toilet paper with acrylic paint on it down the toilet!! Lesson learned.
Very Knowledgeable about the problem also, they were here in a timely manner got the parts they needed fix the problem. everythings done electronically as far as receipts and signatures and credit cards really great service I like a company I can depend on. Thanks Danny

Very helpful, addressed every single item I asked about. The techs were friendly and diligent to make sure everything was done. The work was more than I was expecting cost wise, but they offer programs, discounts, and back the work.
Chris was awesome! I had a major plumbing issue due to prior tenants. He was able to find the problem and outsource a plan to prevent it from happening again, in the meantime he was able to stop the problem until I get the big issue fixed. Super friendly dog loving plumbers lol!

10/25/2018 I was grateful to have a Rep fit in an appt. the day prior to my scheduled one, and it was most opportune as my Ejector Pump was jammed open, in the process of burning out the unit. "Chris" discovered the problem immediately, ordered and installed the replacement efficiently while also "encouraging" the nearby sump pump which was in "sleep mode". Chris also researched and estimated replacement options for my water heater which was nearing its end use. A very industrious and professional experience, provided by Larry's staff, which kept me informed of expected service arrival times and a follow-up contact. Chris T. 10/26/18
