We have been with Allied American - now Southern Comfort Mechanical for years! They have serviced our AC's and maintained them regularly. We are always happy with the team, their service and upfront pricing on repairs and maintenance. They are honest and very clear and work with us if we want to stick to a budget. Wes Mays has helped us out on multiple AC and Appliance problems. Their technician Marilyn Garcia also did an excellent job in doing our Spring service. if you need a new HVAC service team definitely give them a call! Update: we had some major repair work that needs done and Southern Comfort did a fantastic job! Alex Hernandez and his team took care of the repairs and our AC is running again! Wes Mays and his team are the best and we are glad they take care of our AC units!

Last winter our heating unit went out and SCM was the only place that made an emergency call. They fixed our heat the same day, and I've been using them ever since. Their quality and service are everything I could ask for, and I have no need to look anywhere else. Joshua performed my seasonal tune up last week. Very happy with the work. I inquired on getting a duct cleaning and was happy that he took a look and didn’t recommend one at this time. I’ve been a loyal customer of Southern Comfort for years and continue to use them for my servicing needs going forward.

Cody was here today to do maintenance on my heating system. He was very kind to let me know about an issue that he saw that was totally unrelated to ac/heating. I really appreciated his attention to all details, even those unrelated to hearing and air conditioning. Kevin was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions! Thomas performed maintenance today. He was quick and thorough. He also found an issue, checked into the warranty, and is taking care of it today! Update: Luis was at my house today for maintenance. He was thorough and answered all questions. Everyone who has come has been great! Mike went above and beyond. My problem was simple; I never felt patronized. He was very courteous and profession. He solved the problem quickly at no expense even though the issue was not the fault of a service person. It was a courtesy to a contract customer since it was a easy fix.

The staff at SCM were very helpful and professional. I really like the text service because I'm on conference calls for work during the day. The text service allowed me to schedule and appointment in a timely manner. The technician, Kevin, was awesome. Extremely friendly, efficient, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand. Give this guy a pay raise!!

I had an older AC unit in need of repair or replacement. They stated they would assess the unit for $85, which was working when they arrived. They put freon in the unit without asking me first, and then charged me $565. The service tech upon departure assured me that will help temporarily but the unit will need to be replaced in the future. The unit cease to work after he left. When I called them to send someone out to re-look at the unit, they said no, the unit needs replacing and they would credit me the $565, if I bought a new unit. Who runs a business like this?
