I already recommend you guys for doing what you said you were going to do....came back and tarped the roof as promised and didn't disappear like two other companies that I dealt with did after they found out what insurance company they would have to deal with.

Kangaroof installed two skylites for us in our home. Communication was on point. Always showed up on time and when scheduled. The installers were hardworking, skilled and very knowledgeable. Thank you Scott , Michael, and Darren.

Andrew (sales - good color selection and communications) and Jeff (supervisor - ensure quality and working efficiently) did a great job installing metal roofs for me. The employees worked very hard during the two-day install ... no personal cell phones like most employees. They were respectful of the flower garden located in front of the house and did an amazing job picking up debris. The house and other structures look great. I would hire them again.

They did a wonderful job installing our new gutters. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Very glad he suggested the black gutters. They really look nice. Will use them again on something else if needed. Also wanted to add they came back to fix a leek and Michael did a wonderful job. Side note. Had additional gutters installed on the garage. I had some roof repair done the week of 5/20 the service was excellent. Jeffery did the inspection of what needed done ; he was polite and explained in detail the issues with the roof . Michael and his helper Jason did the repair work and Michael also was polite and knowledgeable . He even forgot to do something when he left and a short time later he drove all the way back to my home to complete what he forgot to complete . I truly appreciated his integerity in doing so ..Truly a job well done ... !

Great experience! Jeff came to perform an inspection and he was prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. Although the source of the leak wasn't discovered, he ran water for 30 minutes and examined the roof and attic space twice. He said we should keep an eye on it and if we notice any more issues within 2 months, he will be able to come back and diagnose free of charge. He made sure we didn't have any additional questions and were satisfied before leaving. Excellent customer service, from the initial call to schedule an inspection to the inspection itself. Excellent work and great employees to have around. At times the weather was against us but they certainly did all they could when the weather was cooperative! They all were very congenial and willing to do extra for you. Justin went above the job description to satisfy what I wanted. A great value for the work they performed.

For James is very polite very prompt and when he said somethings going to happen it happened and I really appreciated that little disappointed I had to go smaller because of the cost but if I were any more money I could use I will definitely call him back
