1. Repair toilet. Fast and friendly service. 2. Solved emergency water leak quickly. 3. Repaired heat pump and checked out the system. Provided good maintenence advice and scheduled a needed upgrade for the whole house humidifier. Sean is professional and expert. 4. Replaced 4' fluorescence fixtures with LED fixtures. 5. Added surge protector to power panel and cleaned it out. Tightened down the loose connectors.

They are courteous and quick to respond. They aren't just trying to take money or upsell things the customer can't afford. The issue with our furnace was much more serious than we realized, so it will be a long-term project rather than a quick fix. I wish we had known to call Lion to install the furnace in the first place. It is only four years old and it has stopped functioning. I know they will help us find a long-term solution.

Taylor came out yesterday to take a look at an issue I had with my plumbing. He was very considerate and knowledgeable about plumbing issues. There was no pressure to purchase anything. He gave me options and tried to find a way to get a water heater. I will be looking at getting maintenance for my home through Lion.

I paid over $1000 to become a preferred customer for a year. I called Lion out about a leaking sewer line. They did the diagnostic and discovered a mislaid pipe. Fix was to replace a small segment. They quoted me $6,900. I said I would dig out and expose the pipe, which was about 1 foot deep, to lower costs. They dropped to $4,900. I refused, called a different plumber who completed the ENTIRE job, digging and all, for $3800. My "preferred partner" money was an expensive lesson. I will never use this company. I also had them previously to repair roof flashing that had blown off. Their repair lasted 4 months, then they had to come do it right. Beware this company!

Prompt response time, professional demeanor, was able to rapidly assess the situation and provide an explanation of what would happen for the repairs.
