Got home from working in the Florida heat and My house was getting Hot!! I called in to Aqua and Josh was at My house within the Hour!! He diagnosed the issue, bad fan motor. He had a replacement motor installed in no time, and My house was cooling down! Great Service, Great Company!! Thank You Josh and Thank You Aqua Plumbing and Air!!!

It was late in the day and I was the last appointmemt he had. Unfortunately he called me several times but my phone didn't ring. I was waiting for the call and wondered what was taking so long that's when I found that he had called and I had missed several calls. I immediately called him but thought I was too late in response and he had given up on me. But he didn't. He was kind enough to wait for me to get there (the repair was at a house that I watch not where I live)!!! Yea1. kudos. I might ad that the compressor is making a noise that wasn't there before. Hope all is well. Thank you.
Aaron always does a good, thorough job. He knows his work and comes prepared. He's also a nice person!
Stay away from this company by all means. They care for one thing which is money. After paying them $537 for 1.5 hour of work they decided to charge me another $172 for looking at the water pipeline on another property, when I mentioned to them this is greedy they responded that there is a service fee for the company + diagnostic time which was 5 min even though I paid them $537 dollars at that time. This is greedy and I hope you'll make your home work before contacting them. Make sure you know the exact amount of money they are going to charge you before you start working.
Aqua air and plumbing is the best. I trust them, I trust their judgment, I trust their recommendations and so I use them exclusively for my plumbing and air-conditioning needs. Its a very trustworthy company. I know the owners and have worked with them on different projects. Aqua Plumbing & Air completes two jobs for us so far, and we were lucky enough to get the same plumber each time; Kosta is a remarkably competent, kind, and hard working plumber. He is a great communicator, and always takes the time to explain what the plumbing issue is, discuss options, and explain the way forward. If Kosta is an indicator of the quality of employees at AP&A, then I think this company definitely understands how to hire great people and provide excellent customer service. Thanks!
Dear Diane, My name is Colleen Morey. I live between Sarasota, Florida and Ireland. I came to know of Aqua Air through the Joy FM radio program a few years ago, and have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of every person on your team. My initial encounter with Aqua Air was with Dan, and, as he clearly set a remarkable standard of customer care, I want to take a moment to express my thoughts and impressions of Mark Rowe. I met Mark when he did a service call to my home in Sarasota this past winter. He was the technician who responded to my call regarding a failing thermostat for my air conditioning unit. From the moment that he entered my house, his respect for my home environment was noted. Immediately, as he came through the front door, he either removed or protected his footwear with plastic coverings. I realize this is an expected practice of all technicians, and perhaps a small expression of respectfulness, however, Mark never failed to honor this aspect of customer care. His efficiency in diagnosing the problem and explaining my options was remarkable. Mark exudes an air of confidence, without a condescending demeanor... a comforting trait for the consumer to both witness and experience. He not only addressed all concerns, but availed himself of my need for follow up should an issue arise. However, the reason for my writing, is to boast of the event that took place this past week. I am currently in Ireland, and on Tuesday, my caretaker called me to alert me to a problem with my air conditioner... that it was blowing hot air and the inside temperature was in the high 80’s. Immediately, I thought of Mark, and having his business card in my wallet, I asked the caretaker to call Mark. At the same time, I also gave him the number for Aqua Air so that he could follow the protocol for arranging a technician to call to the house. Within an hour’s time, the technician on call, Mark, met with my caretaker at my home, diagnosed the problem and prescribed the needed remediation to the problem - a new condenser. I called Mark, and we discussed the options, at which time I agreed to purchasing both a new condenser and air handler. I want to emphasize here, that I would NEVER have felt so at ease and confident with this decision, were it not for Mark. He explained the problem in detail - layman’s terms - and then reviewed the options available to me. Upon making my decision, he facilitated the needed approvals and proposals. Remembering that, here in Ireland, I am five hours ahead of Florida, Mark also scheduled for me to speak with him at a specified time the next morning to confirm installation. And, by the late afternoon of Wednesday, within 24 hours of the diagnosed problem, a new air conditioning system had been installed in my residence in Sarasota. Perhaps only once or so, in a person’s lifetime, can they recommend someone with the utmost of confidence and respect and gratitude that defines professionalism and customer care. This is my opportunity. Mark Rowe not only satisfies each of those descriptors, he exceeds them. You, Diane, and your business associates, have on your team - a gift - Mark Rowe. I do not write these words flippantly. My 35 year career as an administrator in one of the top school systems in the country, afforded me the opportunity to hire, supervise, train, and evaluate over 100 educators annually. I prided my career success on identification and securing of exemplary staff, who would provide the front line impressions for lifetime learning to countless children. In that capacity, I established high expectations for my team, and it proved to be the legacy I was able to leave behind when I retired. In Mark Rowe, you have an individual, who I believe, provides you with the same. I am grateful for his honesty, professionalism, attention to detail and expedient follow-through.
