When I called, the customer service representative was very cheerful, pleasant, and professional. Spark Daddy sentxme 3 or 4 text message s confirming the appointment, letting me know when the electrician was about to arrive, and introducing me to the electrician. My electrician's name is Russell Ware, and I give him the maximum recommendation possible. He was very professional and polite. He explained everything to me and asked for my permission before he performed the work. He did an excellent job and fixed my problem in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Diagnostics, work performed, and clean up done. I give Russell Ware 5 out of 5 stars! I would give him 6 stars if I could!

It went great. They did a particularly good job on a tricky ceiling fan installation above our stairway, but all the rest of the work, installing outlets in the basement, a 50 amp 240 volt circuit for a new electric induction range, and all of the AC side of our solar installation, was also superior. Great people to work with who got the job done quickly and beautifully.
